A statement to public opinion from the family of the late victim Amin Isa Al-Ali

ARK News… Regarding the heinous crime that all the honorable people in the world mourn and is far from human values and morals, "the murder of Amin Isa Al-Ali under brutal torture", which was committed by the sinful hands of perpetrators belonging to the "Syrian Democratic Forces" (SDF), after an Asayish patrol took him from his home in Hasaka, (the Doctors’ Residence) on 22/05/2021, as a witness to a case, after which he turned into a defendant and then a victim, where we received his body on 28/06/2021, bearing clear and horrific signs of torture that do not need to be revealed by specialists and experts, among these effects are the following:

1. Jaw fracture
2. bleeding in the skull
3. Effects of hitting the knee
4. Hit with a hard tool on the neck, back of the head, and the septal bulb
5. The effect of hitting with a blade on the left side of the face
6. Burning from the back of the head to the end of the spine with hot oil
7. Burning hands from underarm to palm with hot water
8. Digging in the skin of the abdomen and the genital area

This heinous crime has received a wide response from the international community and all the honorable people in the world are laden with condemnation, denunciation, and convictions, demanding that the perpetrators be revealed and brought to fair courts so that they may be punished for what their sinful hands have committed.

Accordingly, we announce to the public opinion that the file of this heinous crime remains open on our part and that we will spare no effort or attempt to expose it as long as it remains without responding to the just demands of the family of the victim, and we have waited for a long time, awaiting the results of the follow-up by the leadership of the SDF, and nothing has been issued by it so far except for a letter addressed to his family confirming what was issued in its first statement in this regard, ignoring the fact that our son Amin was killed under torture.

We have previously announced, through a statement to the public opinion, our agreement to open the grave and re-autopsy the body in front of the media, notables of the region and even its masses, in the presence of specialists from our side as well. This case has not been closed, as it is a “case of public opinion.” We call on all international and regional bodies, including countries and human rights organizations, in addition to the international coalition, the relevant committees of the United Nations, and all concerned international bodies with crimes against humanity, to stand with us to press for a fair investigation to uncover the clues and circumstances of this heinous crime. Such crimes do not fall under the statute of limitations.

We stress once again the family's demands from the SDF leadership, which are summarized in the following:

1. Issuing an official statement to public opinion that includes
2. Announcing its responsibility in the killing of Amin Isa Al-Ali under torture
3. Apology to the family of the victim and public opinion for this heinous crime
4. Bring the perpetrators to an open court to receive their just punishment
