Qamishlo... Every Family Identity Card Komins impose a sum of money on the citizens
ARK News… A private source revealed that, in preparation for the winter season and distributing the diesel to the people, the PYD Komins began collecting a "family book identity" from the families in the city of Qamishlo, and for each family book of Kurdish citizens must pay (500) Syrian pounds.
A private source told ARK News: With the aim of collecting money from citizens, the PYD Komins created a document through which to receive gas cylinders monthly, and diesel during the winter season, and whoever does not have this card is not entitled to receive gas and diesel.
The private source confirmed: Several days ago, the Komins collected a "family book" from the families in the city of Qamishlo, and imposed on them to pay an amount of (500) Syrian pounds to obtain the card.
