“Komins” of the PYD trade in free humanitarian aid

ARK News… A private source revealed that the PYD Komins distribute humanitarian aid to poor families in exchange for money, under the pretext of the car rental that delivers aid to them.

A private source told ARK News: The aid provided by the United Nations to the regions of Syrian Kurdistan is delivered to the PYD, and it, in turn, assigns its Komins to distribute these aid to people, but what is interesting is that those in charge of distributing humanitarian aid impose on families to pay (1500) Syrian pounds as rent for a car download and distribute the aid.

The private source confirmed: The family that refuses to pay the imposed amount is removed from the list and deprived of humanitarian aid.

The source added: Each Komin of the PYD supervises the distribution of aid to about (250-300) families, and in return for the car's rent, each Komin receives (375-450) thousand Syrian pounds.
