The head of one of the ENKS local councils is losing his life after a heart attack

ARK News… The head of the local council of the Corniche neighborhood for ENKS in Qamishlo died at dawn, on Wednesday, as a result of a heart attack.
Bashar Idris Khalil told ARK News that his father, Idris Khalil, head of the local council "Corniche" of the Kurdish National Council in Syria, and a member of the Area Committee of the Kurdistan Yekity Party - Syria, suffered a heart attack, on Wednesday, August 26, 2020, and as a result, he lost his life.
Idris Khalil was born in the village of Khirbet Ghazal in Qamishlo in 1969, where he was buried in the Hilaliya cemetery in Qamishlo city.
