Qamishlo... ENKS commemorates the forty-first anniversary of the departure of Barzani the immortal
ARK News: The local councils in Qamishlo of the National Council commemorated the forty-first anniversary of the death of the immortal leader Mulla Mustafa Barzani on Sunday 01.03.2010, in the city of Qamishlo in Syrian Kurdistan.
The memorial ceremony was attended by a large crowd of supporters of the National Council and representatives of political parties, national figures, women's organizations and Narin folklore band.
Where the celebration started with a minute's silence on the lives of the Kurdish and Kurdistan martyrs, led by the immortal Barzani.
Shamdin Nabi delivered a speech of the National Council in Qamishlo, after which a member of the Political Bureau of the PDK-S Mohsen Taher delivered the speech of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, explaining the role of Barzani and his sacrifices for the sake of the Kurdish issue. Zorro Saeed Youssef also gave some of his father's songs and poems that glorify Barzani the immortal.
Narin band also performed a set of songs glorifying the immortal.
