Turkey: Syrian pregnant woman and her son found dead in their home in Izmir
ARK News .. A 5-month pregnant mother and 5-year-old son were found dead in their home in Izmir. Allegedly, a 5-year-old boy was strangled with a plastic handcuff. 1 suspect was detained under the investigation.
The incident occurred yesterday morning in İZmir Menemen. Hearing the sounds of child crying from a Syrian family, neighbors entered the house suspecting the door was open.
According to the allegations, citizens entering the house saw that a 35-year-old man named Manar Al Ahmed was lying dead on the floor in the blood and her child crying at the head of her mother when she was 2 years old.
In another room, they noticed that a 5-year-old boy named Mohammed C. died as a result of drowning with a plastic cuff. It was determined by the police and 112 Emergency Health teams who came to the scene upon the notification of their neighbors that the mother, who was 5 months pregnant, was stabbed in 6 parts and her son died by drowning. The father, who came to the house with the news of the incident, had a nervous breakdown in the view he saw.
On the other hand, after the examination of the funeral prosecutor, Menemen State Hospital was removed to the morgue, while 1 person was detained within the scope of the investigation. Extensive investigation of police teams is ongoing.
