ARK News: The United Nations sent, on Tuesday, December 31, 2019, 53 trucks loaded with humanitarian aid for distribution to the needy in Idlib Governorate, northwestern Syria.

Anadolu Agency reported that the trucks entered Syrian territory, on Tuesday, from the "Gilo Gozo" crossing in the southern Turkish province of Hatay. This aid will be distributed to the needy in Idlib Governorate and its countryside at a later time.

The Turkish "Deniz Feneri" association had driven 10 trucks containing humanitarian aid for the benefit of thousands of Syrian families who took refuge in the border area with Turkey, and a statement issued by the association stated that the attacks by Bashar al-Assad's regime and Russia on civilians in Idlib have turned the region into hell, forcing thousands of Syrian families to flee to the border areas with Turkey.
