Mazloum Abdi: We signed the Turkish-American agreement on Manbij

ARK News: The Commander-in-Chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), which the PYD militants forms the main part in it, said they had signed the Turkish-American agreement on Manbij.

In an interview with the Hawar Agency of the PYD, Abdi confirmed that they agreed to the terms of the agreement between the United States and Turkey on Manbij and signed the agreement, and continued "we have fully implemented all our responsibilities and all the provisions of that agreement, the party that has delayed the implementation of the provisions of the Convention and did not adhere to it is the Turkish state. We have promised to withdraw our troops and military advisers from Manbij, and we have fulfilled that promise. We have fulfilled all our commitments successfully, so the subject of Manbij ended and this file was closed. "

In order to liberate Manbij and its countryside, more than a thousand Kurdish youths recruited by the Democratic Union Party the (PYD) were martyred, while the YPG militants affiliated with the PYD admitted in a statement on 05.06.2018 that they agreed with the Coalition Forces and Turkey to liberate Manbij and withdraw from it after liberation.
