The Kurdish community in the Netherlands, on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, organized a protest stand in front of the International Court of Justice in the Hague (Denhach) to condemn the massacre committed by the Sharqiya Army faction in the city of Jenderes in the countryside of Afrin in Syrian Kurdistan, in which four young Kurds were martyred and others were wounded.
The protesters demanded a fair and impartial international trial, the exit of all armed factions from cities and towns, and a safe return of the indigenous people to their lands and homes.
In addition to handing over the administration of the regions to their original people, retribution from paid criminals and murderers, and limiting the processes of demographic change.

An appeal through ARK for his release: A minor from the QSD camps for conscription to the faction's prisons 5 years ago
ARK News... Khalid Sabri Kadalo was a 17-year-old minor when he was forcibly taken to the camps of the Syrian Democratic Forces for conscription in the Afrin region of Syrian Kurdistan.
After Turkey and the armed factions invaded the city of Afrin and its towns and villages on March 18, 2018, the fate of Khalid, like the fate of thousands of Kurdish young men and women who were kidnapped for the purpose of compulsory recruitment by the SDF, became unknown.
Five years ago, Khalid’s fate is still unknown in the prisons of the armed factions, and the last information that Khalid’s family obtained is that he is in Al-Bab city prison.

"غوتيريش" يدعو لإنشاء مؤسسة لكشف مصير 100 ألف مفقود في سوريا
جدد الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة دعوته للجمعية العامة لإنشاء هيئة جديدة لكشف مصير المفقودين في سوريا، وقال إن السوريين يستحقون معرفة ما حدث لأحبائهم، مشددا على أهمية ذلك للعدالة وتحقيق السلام والمصالحة.
جاءت الدعوة في جلسة عقدتها الجمعية العامة للاستماع إلى إحاطة حول تقرير الأمين العام عن المفقودين في سوريا. وقد أُعد التقرير تلبية لقرار الجمعية الصادر في كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2021 والذي تضمن دعوة الأمين العام لإجراء دراسة حول تعزيز جهود استجلاء مصير ومكان المفقودين في سوريا.
وقال الأمين العام أنطونيو غوتيريش، في جلسة يوم الثلاثاء، إن مكان ومصير نحو 100 ألف سوري ما زالا مجهولَين وإن الناس في كل جزء من البلد ومن كل الفئات التي ينتمي إليها الفرقاء لديهم أحباء مفقودون، منهم أفراد أسر اختفوا قسرا واختطفوا وعذبوا واحتجزوا تعسفا.
وأضاف: "أغلبية هؤلاء رجال - تركوا وراءهم نساء من أقربائهم هن من يُعلن أسرهن في ظروف مستحيلة، ويقمن في الوقت نفسه برحلات بحث، كثيرا ما تكون مرعبة وغادرة، عن أبنائهن أو أزواجهن أو إخوانهن أو آبائهن".
وأشاد غوتيريش بالعمل الشجاع الذي تقوم به جمعيات الأسر والضحايا والناجين السوريين، وغيرها من جمعيات المجتمع المدني. واسترشادا بآرائهم ونصحهم حدد تقرير الأمين العام الصادر في آب/أغسطس إطار الحل الذي يتمثل حجر زاويته في "إنشاء الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة مؤسسة دولية جديدة لاستجلاء مصير المفقودين وأماكن وجودهم وتقديم الدعم للضحايا وأسرهم".
وشدد على ضرورة العمل بتصميم وإلحاح لإيجاد حل لهذا الوضع المؤلم، وحث كل الدول الأعضاء على التحرك بهذا الشأن، وتطرق الأمين العام إلى معاناة الشعب السوري على مدى 12 عاما من وحشية الحرب، والفظائع الممنهجة، والحرمان والحزن.
وقال إن الزلازل المدمر الذي وقع الشهر الماضي، أدى إلى تفاقم الاحتياجات الإنسانية التي كانت بالفعل في أعلى مستوياتها.
وأضاف أن أطفال سوريا يصبحون يافعين دون أن يعيشوا يوما واحدا بدون حرب. وقال إن السوريين يستحقون العيش في سلام وأمن وأن يتوفر لهم قدر من الأمل في المستقبل، كما يستحقون معرفة الحقيقة حول مصير أحبائهم.
وشدد على أهمية ذلك للعدالة وتحقيق السلام والمصالحة.
وأشار الأمين العام إلى عمله السابق على رأس مفوضية الأمم لشؤون اللاجئين خلال 10 سنوات، وقال إنه شهد قبل عدة سنوات من الأزمة السورية كيف فتحت سوريا حدودها وفتح أبناء الشعب السوري منازلهم لأكثر من مليون لاجئ عراقي فروا من الحرب.
وأضاف "لم تكن هناك مخيمات للاجئين العراقيين في سوريا، بل كانوا يعيشون في المجتمعات السورية. إنه لأمر يفطر قلبي أن أرى ذوي تلك الطباع الدافئة والمرحبة يعانون كل هذه المعاناة. إن المجتمع الدولي ملزم أخلاقيا بالمساعدة في تخفيف محنتهم". ودعا إلى الارتقاء إلى مستوى هذا الالتزام.

السويداء.. أصحاب الجرارات الزراعية دون مخصصات وقود ويهددون بالتصعيد
ذكرت مصادر محية أن أصحاب الجرارات الزراعية ومالكي البساتين في ظهر الجبل، طالبوا "الجهات المعنية" بإعادة مخصصاتهم من مادة المازوت، ووجه عدد منهم الاتهام في تقنين المادة وقطعها لمدة شهور إلى مدير زراعة السويداء معتبرين أنه يقف عائقاً في طريق عملهم وفي وجه أرزاقهم.
وقالت شبكة "الراصد" في تقرير لها، إن أصحاب الجرارات الزراعية ومالكي البساتين لم يحصلوا على مخصصاتهم البالغة 50 ليتر كل عشرة أيام منذ وقت طويل بالرغم من الموافقات التي حصلوا عليها لهذه المخصصات من المحافظة وفرع المحروقات ومديرية التموين.
ونقلت عن أحد المزارعين تأكيده وجود 476 جرار زراعي لمناطق ظهر الجبل شبه متوقفة عن العمل بحجة أن المازوت يذهب حالياً لجرارات الزراعة السهلية، مشددا على أنهم لن يسكتوا أمام حقوقهم المشروعة.
وأشارت الشبكة على أنه ورغم المعاناة الكبيرة لمزارعي ظهر الجبل في تأمين الأسمدة وأدوية الرش والري والقطاف والتشحيل والتبريد وأسواق التصريف وآخرها حماية الأشجار من جرائم الحطّابين، ما زالوا متمسكين بأرزاقهم رغم الخسارة في بعض المواسم على أمل أن تتغير الظروف الإدارية المسيئة للزراعة وعمل المزارعين، لكنهم هذه المرة يعتبرون الحرمان من المخصصات واحدة من كبرى المخاطر التي تهدد الزراعة في السويداء.
وكانت "الراصد" بينت في تحقيق سابق، الحجم الهائل لمسروقات مادة المازوت من أمام المزارعين وآبار المياه والهاتف وغيرها مشيرة إلى تحكم شبكة من المتنفذين بمصير موارد السويداء النفطية التي فتحت أسواقاً لبيع وتهريب المازوت والبنزين الحر وما زالت على رأس عملها.

واشنطن تعلن دعمها إنشاء كيان دولي بشأن المعتقلين والمفقودين السوريين
أعلنت مندوبة الولايات المتحدة لدى الأمم المتحدة، السفيرة ليندا توماس غرينفيلد، مساء الثلاثاء، أن بلادها تدعم توصية الأمين العام بإنشاء كيان جديد قائم بذاته لتوضيح مصير وأماكن المفقودين والمعتقلين السوريين.
وقالت في كلمة لها خلال اجتماع للجمعية العامة حول حالة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا، إنه على "الرغم من وجود العديد من الكيانات التابعة للأمم المتحدة والتي تركز على سوريا حاليا، فإن هناك فجوة كبيرة عندما يتعلق الأمر بمسألة الأشخاص المعتقلين والمفقودين، مما يجعل إنشاء كيان مستقل جديد يمكنه العمل مع جميع الجهات الفاعلة في الأمم المتحدة والدول الأعضاء والمنظمات الدولية أمرا في غاية الأهمية، مع الإبقاء على طابعه الإنساني البحت وتركيزه على الناجين وعائلاتهم".
وطالبت "غرينفيلد" جميع أطراف النزاع "إلى إطلاق سراح جميع المعتقلين ظلما وإعادة رفات الذين قضوا إلى عائلاتهم"، مؤكدة على أن هذا "واجب إنساني وأن الولايات المتحدة لن تتوقف عن أبدا عن الضغط من أجل إطلاق سراح جميع المعتقلين تعسفيا في سوريا".

في ظل منخفض جوي جديد.. فريق إغاثي يدعو المنظمات والهيئات الإنسانية رفع الجاهزية
قال "فريف منسقو استجابة سوريا"، إن المنخفض الجوي الجديد بدأ في مناطق شمال غرب سوريا، بالتزامن مع انخفاض واضح في درجات الحرارة وازدياد سرعة الرياح في المنطقة، وذلك بعد أقل من اسبوعين من العاصفة المطرية السابقة التي أدت إلى أضرار واسعة في مخيمات النازحين ومراكز الإيواء والتجمعات السكنية.
وطالب الفريق من كافة المنظمات والهيئات الإنسانية رفع الجاهزية بشكل كامل والعمل على تقديم المساعدة العاجلة والفورية للنازحين القاطنين في المخيمات والتجمعات العشوائية ومراكز الإيواء الواقعة في شمال غربي سوريا، بالتزامن مع انخفاض شديد في عمليات الاستجابة الإنسانية لتعويض الأضرار والتي لم تتجاوز بالمطلق 20 % للأضرار السابقة.
كما طالب من كافة المنظمات والهيئات الإنسانية، المساهمة الفعالة بتأمين احتياجات النازحين ضمن المخيمات بشكل عام، والعمل على توفير الخدمات اللازمة للفئات الأشد ضعفاً (الأطفال، النساء، كبار السن)، ومحاولة عدم تكرار الأخطاء الماضية من حيث الانتظار حتى حلول الكوارث والبدء بعمليات الاستجابة.
وأكد على أهمية العمل على إصلاح الأضرار السابقة، ضمن تلك المخيمات وإصلاح شبكات الصرف الصحي والمطري وتأمين العوازل الضرورية لمنع دخول مياه الأمطار إلى داخل الخيام، حيث من المتوقع زيادة نسبة الأضرار بشكل أكبر ليشمل نسبة كبيرة من المخيمات في المنخفض الحالي.
ووجه الفريق الإغاثي مناشدة لجميع الجهات المانحة والتي تقدم الدعم الانساني في مناطق شمال غربي سوريا، المساهمة بشكل عاجل وفوري لمتطلبات احتياجات النازحين ضمن تلك المخيمات والتجمعات.
