عقوبات أميركية - بريطانية تستهدف كبتاغون الأسد
ارك نيوز.. فرضت الولايات المتحدة الأميركية والمملكة المتحدة، اليوم الثلاثاء، عقوبات على 12 شخصاً وشركتين يدعمون النظام السوري بتجارة الكبتاغون.
ونشر موقع وزارة الخزانة الأميركية بياناً قال فيه إن مكتب مراقبة الأصول حدد الأفراد الرئيسيين الداعمين للنظام السوري بإنتاج وتصدير الكبتاغون.
وأضاف أن التقديرات تشير إلى أن حجم تجارة الكبتاغون التي يديرها نظام الأسد تُقدر بمليارات الدولارات، مشيراً إلى أن العقوبات ستُنفذ تحت قانون "قيصر" لحماية المدنيين السوريين.
وذكر البيان أن قائمة العقوبات الجديدة من شأنها أن تسلط الضوء على "الدور المهم لمهربي المخدرات اللبنانيين – الذين تربطهم علاقات وطيدة بحزب الله – في تسهيل تصدير الكبتاغون، كما تؤكد على "هيمنة عائلة الأسد على الاتجار غير المشروع بالكبتاغون لتمويل النظام القمعي".

خالد قدور: مدير مكتب ماهر الأسد - متورط في تهريب السجائر والهواتف المحمولة وتسهيل إنتاج الكبتاغون والاتجار به، والمسؤول عن إدارة الإيرادات الناتجة عن هذه الأنشطة.
سامر كمال الأسد: ابن عم بشار الأسد - يشرف على منشآت إنتاج الكبتاغون الرئيسية في اللاذقية ويمتلك مصنعاً لإنتاج الكبتاغون في القلمون.
وسيم بديع الأسد: ابن عم بشار الأسد - قائد ميليشيا كتائب البعث وشخصية رئيسية في شبكة تهريب المخدرات الإقليمية، حيث دخل في شراكة مع موردين رفيعي المستوى لتهريب المواد المهربة والكبتاغون ومخدرات أخرى في جميع أنحاء المنطقة، بدعم ضمني من النظام السوري.
عماد أبو زريق، وهو قائد سابق في الجيش السوري الحر يقود الآن ميليشيا تابعة للمخابرات العسكرية - لعب دورا مهما في تمكين إنتاج المخدرات وتهريبها في جنوبي سوريا، ويقود مجموعة ميليشيا تسيطر على معبر نصيب الحدودي بين سوريا والأردن.
حسن محمد دقو: مواطن لبناني سوري، أطلقت عليه وسائل الإعلام لقب "ملك الكبتاغون". تم ربط دقو بعمليات تهريب المخدرات التي نفذتها الفرقة الرابعة وبغطاء من حزب الله.
نوح زعيتر: لبناني له علاقات وثيقة مع كل من الفرقة الرابعة وبعض أعضاء حزب الله. تاجر أسلحة معروف ومهرب مخدرات ومطلوب حالياً من قبل السلطات اللبنانية بتهمة تهريب المخدرات.
عبد اللطيف حميد: رجل أعمال بارز يستخدم مصانعه لتعبئة حبوب الكبتاغون وقد ارتبط بمصادرة الكبتاغون لعام 2020 في ساليرنو بإيطاليا.
مصطفى المسالمة: قيادي مليشيا في جنوب سوريا. ميليشياته متورطة في إنتاج المخدرات ومتورط في اغتيال معارضي النظام السوري.
طاهر الكيالي: رجل أعمال له صلات بصناعة الكبتاغون. ارتبط اسمه بعدة شحنات من الكبتاغون، بما في ذلك في أوروبا.
عامر خيتي: سياسي سوري يدير ويسيطر على العديد من الشركات في سوريا التي تسهل إنتاج وتهريب المخدرات، بما في ذلك الكبتاغون.
محمد شاليش: منخرط في قطاع الشحن في معاقل النظام وتم ربطه بشحنات الكبتاغون التي غادرت ميناء اللاذقية.
راجي فلحوط: قائد ميليشيا في السويداء ويستخدم مقر ميليشياته لتسهيل إنتاج الكبتاغون.

US State Department: Kurdistan Region is a strategic partner for us

The US State Department announced that it has a long-term commitment and relationship with the Kurdistan Region while confirming that the Kurdistan Region and Iraq are strategic partners of Washington and that it urges them to address their differences, and calls for the resumption of oil exports to Turkey, considering that disrupting its export will not be beneficial on either side.

ارك نيوز.. أكد المتحدث باسم مجلس الأمن القومي الأمريكي، جون كيربي، أن القوات الأمريكية ستواصل مهامها في منطقة شمال شرقي سورية، على الرغم من الهجمات التي تتعرض لها من قِبل الميليشيات الإيرانية.
ووصف كيربي في تصريح لإحدى القنوات التلفزيونية الأمريكية، الهجوم الذي تعرضت له قوات التحالف الدولي في محافظة الحسكة قبل أيام، بأنه كان خطيراً، مشيراً إلى أن الرئيس الأمريكي جو بايدن قاد رداً جريئاً وسريعاً للتعامل مع الميليشيا التي نفذته.
وأشار كيربي إلى أن الجنود الأمريكيين سيبقون على رأس مهامهم في سورية، كذلك لفت إلى أن بايدن مصمم بشدة على إبقاء الجنود في سوري.
كما أشار إلى إمكانية تنفيذ ردود إضافية على هجمات الميليشيات المدعومة من إيران ضد الأفراد والمنشآت الأمريكية بالعراق وسورية إذا رأى الرئيس بايدن ذلك ضرورياً.

صحيفة سعودية تكشف تفاصيل جديدة عن محادثات المملكة مع النظام السوري
ارك نيوز.. كشفت صحيفة ”عكاظ” السعودية، تفاصيل جديدة عن المحادثات التي أجرتها المملكة مؤخراً مع النظام السوري، والشروط التي وضعتها لإعادة العلاقات معه.
ونقلت الصحيفة عن مصادر لم تسمها أن رئيس ”مكتب الأمن الوطني” التابع للنظام السوري اللواء علي مملوك، ومدير المخابرات العامة اللواء حسام لوقا، زارا الرياض مطلع الأسبوع الماضي، وأجريا محادثات مع مسؤولين سعوديين حول العودة التدريجية للعلاقات بين الجانبين.
وبحسب الصحيفة فإن الجانب السعودي طلب من النظام السوري إجراء حزمة من الإصلاحات على مستوى الوضع الداخلي والعلاقة مع المعارضة السورية، والتعهد بألا تكون سورية مصدراً لتصدير الكبتاغون إلى الأردن ودول الخليج.
كما ذكرت أن القنصلية السعودية في دمشق بدأت بأعمال ترميم مقرها الكائن في مزة فيلات شرقية، وذلك في الوقت الذي تتحدث مصادر دبلوماسية عن احتمالات إعادة فتح القنصليتين في دمشق والرياض قريباً.
وفي الثالث والعشرين من الشهر الجاري، أكدت وكالة “رويترز” أن السعودية والنظام السوري اتفقا على إعادة فتح السفارات، وتطبيع العلاقات الدبلوماسية المقطوعة منذ أكثر من 10 سنوات,في خطوة من شأنها أن تمثل قفزة إلى الأمام في عودة النظام إلى الحظيرة العربية”.
وستمثل إعادة العلاقات بين الرياض والنظام أهم تطور حتى الآن في تحركات الدول العربية لتطبيع العلاقات مع الأسد، الذي نبذته العديد من الدول الغربية والعربية بعد اندلاع الثورة في سوريا في عام 2011.

Syrian Democratic Forces kidnap a minor from Manbij

The President of the Kurdistan Region sets the date for holding the elections for the Kurdistan Parliament
ARK News… The Kurdistan Region Presidency, on Sunday, March 26, 2023, has set the official date for holding the Kurdistan Parliament elections.
Dilshad Shihab, the official spokesman for the Presidency of the Kurdistan Region, said yesterday in a press conference: "Based on the law of the Presidency of the Kurdistan Region, the President of the Kurdistan Region issued Regional Decree No. 90 of 2023, to hold the elections for the sixth session of the Kurdistan Parliament on November 18, 2023."
The decree also stipulates that "all political parties are obligated to do what is necessary for cooperation and coordination with the High Commission for Elections and Referendum to implement this decree."
He pointed out that the decree is implemented as of the date of its issuance.

آرك نيوز... خالد صبري كدلو كان طفلاً قاصراً يبلغ من العمر 17 عاماً عندما اقتيد مجبراً إلى معسكرات قوات سوريا الديمقراطية للتجنيد الإجباري في منطقة عفرين بكوردستان سوريا.
وبعد سيطرة تركيا والفصائل المسلحة على مدينة عفرين ونواحيها وقراها 18 آذار 2018, بات مصير خالد كمصير الآلاف من الشبان والشابات الكورد المختطفين بهدف التجنيد الإجباري لدى قسد, مجهولاً.
منذ خمسة أعوام لا يزال مصير خالد مجهولاً في سجون الفصائل المسلحة, وآخر معلومة حصل عليها ذوو خالد هي أنه في سجن مدينة الباب.
والدة خالد روت لنا وفي قلبها حرقة ألم كباقي الأمهات اللواتي فقدن فلذات أكبادهن في الحرب المستعرة في سوريا ونتائجها الكارثية, روت في تصريحات خاصة لـ ARK قصة خالد أكدت أنها منذ خمسة أعوام لم تكحل عينيها برؤية ولدها.
أشارت إلى أن المعلومة الوحيدة التي حصلوا عليها وهي أنه موجود في سجون مدينة الباب, دون محاكمة تذكر.
وتسائلت متعجبة: أي قانون هذا يقبع فيه مطلوبٌ في سجنٍ دون محاكمة أو مقاضاة خلال خمسة أعوام؟
مشيرة في الوقت ذاته أنهم يطالبونهم بمبالغ مالية طائلة مقابل الإفراج عنه.
ومنذ سيطرة تركيا والفصائل المسلحة على عفرين, اختطف الآلاف من الشبان الكورد بتهم وحجج واهية, الهدف هو إفراغ المنطقة تغيير ديمغرافيتها وفقاً لناشطين وسياسيين.
وبعد استشهاد أربعة شبان كورد من عائلة بيشمرك في مدينة جنديرس بريف عفرين, يطالب المجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا بتبييض السجون وإخراج كافة المسلحين, وتسليم المنطقة إلى سكانها الكورد الأصليين.

In a heinous racist incident, the militants of the Jaysh Al Sharqiya Eastern Army fired live bullets at Kurdish civilians from the Peshmerg family in the city of Jenderes in the countryside of Afrin, on the night of the National Day of Newroz, March 20, 2023.
This came after Newroz fires were lit in front of their house in Jenderes, and live bullets were fired by the militants of the Eastern Army to commit a massacre in Jenderes, in which four innocent Kurdish civilians were killed.
ARK obtained pictures of the bodies of the martyrs lying on the street by the military hospital administration in Jenderes, covered with a black blanket on the night of the crime.

After the terrorist crime committed by the militants of the Eastern Army in Jenderes, another group of armed factions in the Afrin region severely beat Hassan Muhammad Hamid, 17, for raising the Kurdish flag while participating in the demonstrations condemning the death of 4 Kurdish civilians from the Peshmerg family in Jenderes.
