وزارة التربية للنظام السوري تُذِّل وتهين عددا من المدرسين
ضج الشارع السوري، خلال الساعات الماضية، بمقطع مصور يظهر وزير التربية في حكومة النظام السوري برفقة مغترب وهما يوزعان أموالاً على عدد من المدرسين، بطريقة وصفت بـ"المذلة والمهينة".
نشرت الصفحة الرسمية لوزارة التربية في حكومة النظام السوري على "فيس بوك" أمس الأحد، صوراً عمّا وصفته بـ"تكريم 300 موظف من العاملين على تدقيق وتنتيج امتحانات الشهادات العامة، تقديراً لجهودهم وتفانيهم في العمل".
وأظهرت الصور التي نشرتها الوزارة "وزير التربية" دارم طباع، ورئيس "مؤسسة المثقال" المغترب محمد المثقال المقرب من النظام السوري وهما يوزعان ظروفاً مالية على المدرسين، مما دفع رواد التواصل الاجتماعي لانتقاد هذه الطريقة التي وصفت بـ"المهينة".
واستهجن رواد التواصل الاجتماعي هذه الطريقة، واصفين إياها بأنها "لا تليق بالعملية التربوية".

النظام السوري وروسيا يقصـ.ـفان بالمدفـ.ـعية مدينة جسر الشغور بإدلب
أُصيب ثلاثة أشخاص بجروح، ليل الأحد، من جراء قصف لقوات النظام السوري وروسيا بالمدفعية على الأحياء السكنية في مدينة جسر الشغور غربي إدلب، بالإضافة إلى وقوع أضرار مادية، وانتشار حالة من الذعر بين الأطفال والأهالي.
وقال "الدفاع المدني السوري" (الخوذ البيضاء)، إن رجلاً وابنته أصيبا بجروح طفيفة، كما سجلت حالة بلع لسان لرجل ناتجة عن الخوف، إثر قصف مدفعي لقوات النظام وروسيا استهدف جسر الشغور، وكما خلف القصف دماراً في منازل وسيارات للمدنيين.
وأسعفت فرق الدفاع المدني الرجل المصاب بجروح وابنته إلى المشفى لتلقي العلاج وقدمت له الإسعافات الأولية في أثناء نقله، وأخلت عائلة من أحد المنازل القريبة من سقوط قذيفة.

Response Coordinators: The Security Council has become an arena for settling international scores at the expense of the Syrians
ARK News… The "Syria Response Coordinators" team, on Sunday, warned of an exacerbation of the humanitarian crisis in northern Syria, if the Security Council acquiesces to the Russian conditions to extend the cross-border aid delivery agreement for only 6 months.
The team said in a statement on its Facebook account that the Security Council will hold a new session within the next 24 hours, to discuss the proposed authorization for the entry of humanitarian aid across the border into northwestern Syria.
The team expected that all the proposals on the Security Council table would reach a dead end, for the Council to enter into new negotiations with Russia on the introduction of humanitarian aid to Syria.
The team warned, "The UN Security Council and the United States of America not to give in to Russian demands of any kind," stressing the need to obtain a decision to extend the mandate for a full year.
The statement added, "The humanitarian needs, which are taking an upward trend, especially after the massive damage caused by the earthquake, will increase further if a decision is adopted for a period of six months only, especially since the end of the decision will coincide with the onset of winter, and thus new maneuvers with Russia to obtain a new decision."
The team continued, "In the event that the UN Security Council fails to agree on a new resolution, we ask the Secretary-General of the United Nations to form a neutral mechanism to ensure the continuation of cross-border humanitarian aid into Syria through border crossings."
The statement also called for "the formation of international alliances within the United Nations to start developing alternative plans for the introduction of aid and start implementing them immediately, for fear of a significant shortage of supplies, which is expected to end in a short period."
The team pointed out that "the Security Council has become an arena for settling international scores at the expense of the Syrians and their livelihood, and no new negotiating sessions will be able to reach a radical solution to the dilemma of humanitarian operations."

A leader of ISIS was killed in an American raid, east of Aleppo
ARK News... On Sunday, July 9, 2023, the US Central Command (CENTCOM) revealed the death of a leader in the terrorist organization "ISIS", which targeted him in an air strike, two days ago, near the city of Al-Bab, east of Aleppo.

The loss of a Kurdish refugee girl in Lebanon
ARK News… A 13-year-old Kurdish girl went missing in a Lebanese neighborhood of Beirut more than a week ago, and there is no information about her fate and whereabouts.
Kurdish activist Mustafa Sheikho told ARK that the 13-year-old girl, Merfat Muhammad Rashid, has gone missing in the Nabha neighborhood in Beirut since July 2, 2023, and there is no news about her or her fate.
He confirmed that she hails from the village of “Cilbirê”, in the Sherawa area, in Afrin, in Syrian Kurdistan, and resides with her family in Lebanon.

A gunman from Al-Hamzat injures a Kurdish young man with live bullets in Bulbul town in Afrin countryside

روسيا تهدد بضرب مواقع نـ.ـووية في أوكرانيا وأوروبا
آرك نيوز.. نقل تلفزيون "RT" الروسي، اليوم الأحد 9 تموز 2023، عن دميتري ميدفيديف نائب رئيس مجلس الأمن الروسي، قوله إن روسيا يجب أن تدرس توجيه ضربات لمحطات نووية أوكرانية ومنشآت نووية في شرق أوروبا إذا تأكدت معلومات عن محاولة أوكرانيا قصف محطة نووية في روسيا بأسلحة مصدرها حلف شمال الأطلسي (الناتو).
وقال ميدفيديف في حسابه على تليغرام، "إذا تأكدت المعلومات عن محاولة مهاجمة محطة سمولينسك (ديسنوغورسك) النووية بصواريخ الناتو، فمن الضروري النظر في سيناريو الضربة الروسية المتزامنة على المحطة النووية في جنوب أوكرانيا، ومحطة روفنو النووية ومحطة خميلنيتسكي النووية"، نقلا عن وكالة أنباء العالم العربي.
ودعا ميدفيديف أيضا لقصف منشآت نووية في أوروبا الشرقية، مؤكدا أنه "لا يوجد شيء نخجل منه في الأمر".
وبحسب القناة التلفزيونية، ظهرت على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، في وقت سابق الأحد، تقارير تفيد بمحاولة القوات الأوكرانية شن هجوم صاروخي على محطة ديسنوغورسك للطاقة النووية في مقاطعة سمولينسك، ومطار كالوغا العسكري، مشيرة إلى أن المحاولة تمت على الأرجح باستخدام صواريخ "ستورم شادو" بريطانية الصنع.

الشبكة السورية: على المجتمع الدولي التخلص من ابتزاز روسيا واتخاذ خطوة لإدخال المساعدات إلى سوريا
آرك نيوز.. قالت الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان في تقرير لها، اليوم 9 تموز 2023، إنه على المجتمع الدولي التخلص من الابتزاز الروسي إلى الأبد، واتخاذ خطوة إدخال المساعدات الأممية الحيادية والضرورية من دون إذن من مجلس الأمن الدولي.
وذكرت الشبكة، أنه يقطن في شمال غربي سوريا ما لا يقل عن 4.5 مليون شخص بحسب مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية، يعتمد الغالبية العظمى منهم، ومنذ سنوات على المساعدات الأممية العابرة للحدود، وتفاقم الهجمات التي يشنها النظام السوري كل فترة على المراكز الحيوية والمناطق المأهولة بالسكان من حاجة المدنيين، وكان آخرها الهجوم الأرضي على بلدة البارة في ريف إدلب الجنوبي في 4 تموز والذي أسفر عن مقتل سيدة.
وأضافت، "في ظل هذه الأوضاع الكارثية تحرك مجلس الأمن في 13 شباط 2023 لإصدار قرار يسمح بدخول المساعدات لمدة عام، لكن النظام السوري وبأوامر روسية تحرك لقطع الطريق على هذا القرار، حيث سمح بدخول المساعدات الأممية من تركيا إلى شمال غربي سوريا عبر معبري باب السلامة والراعي مدة أولية تقارب ثلاثة أشهر، ثم قام بتمديد الإذن في 13 أيار لثلاثة أشهر أخرى".
وتابعت، "الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان من أوائل الجهات التي أكدت أن إدخال المساعدات الأممية العابرة للحدود في سوريا ليس بحاجة إلى إذن من مجلس الأمن، وأصدرت تقارير عدة أوضحت بشكل تفصيلي الأسباب القانونية والسياق الموجب لذلك".
وأردفت، "نؤكد منذ سنوات أن على المجتمع الدولي التخلص من الابتزاز الروسي إلى الأبد، واتخاذ خطوة إدخال المساعدات الأممية الحيادية والضرورية دون الحاجة إلى إذن من مجلس الأمن".
