A Turkish drone targets a car of PKK militants in a district of the city of Sulaymaniyah
ARK News… The Directorate of Counter-Terrorism in the Kurdistan Region, on Friday evening, announced that a Turkish drone targeted a car that was carrying PKK militants in the Shar-Bajer district of Sulaymaniyah, killing four of them, and injuring another.
The Directorate said in a statement that, "A Turkish drone targeted, on Friday, July 28, 2023, at eight o'clock in the evening, a car that was carrying PKK militants, near the village of (Zhangina) in the Shar-Bajer district of Sulaymaniyah Governorate."
The statement added, "The targeting resulted in the death of four PKK militants, and the wounding of another."

مايكل ماكول: لا ينبغي أن يكون للنظام السوري دور في تنسيق المساعدات الإنسانية
أعرب رئيس لجنة الشؤون الخارجية في مجلس النواب الأميركي، الجمهوري مايكل ماكول، عن انزعاجه من خطط الإمارات لتنسيق المساعدات الإنسانية مع النظام السوري.
في تغريدة عبر "تويتر"، قال ماكول إنه "منزعج من خطط الإمارات لتعزيز تنسيق المساعدات مع مجرم الحرب بشار الأسد".
مضيفاً أن لبشار الأسد " تاريخ طويل في التلاعب بالمساعدات، وتحويلها بشكل منهجي لتحقيق مكاسب شخصية وسياسية" .
وشدد المشرّع الأميركي على أنه "لا ينبغي أن يكون للأسد أي رأي، أو أن يكون طرفاً في هذا الموضوع، تحت أي ظرف من الظروف".

روسيا: مسيرات أمريكا تستفذ قواتنا في سوريا
أفادت وزارة الدفاع الروسية باقتراب طائرة مسيّرة أميركية من إحدى مقاتلاتها في أثناء تحليقها فوق الأراضي السورية، في حادثة احتكاك جديدة هذا الأسبوع.
وأعلن نائب رئيس مركز المصالحة الروسي في قاعدة حميميم أوليغ غورينوف يوم الخميس أن مسيّرة من طراز MQ-9 التابعة للتحالف الدولي بقيادة الولايات المتحدة الأميركية اقتربت "بشكل خطير من مقاتلة (سو-34) الروسية في محافظة الرقة السورية, في الـ28 من تموز الجاري، في تمام الساعة 07.55 على ارتفاع 5000 متر في منطقة قرية نفلة بمحافظة الرقة السورية".
وأردف: "اتخذ الطيارون الروس، الذين أظهروا احترافاً عالياً، الإجراءات اللازمة في الوقت المناسب لتلافي الاصطدام مع مسيّرة "التحالف"، على حدّ زعمه.
وأعرب نائب رئيس مركز المصالحة الروسي عن قلقه إزاء ما وصفها بـ "الطبيعة الاستفزازية والعدوانية الواضحة لإجراءات" المسيّرات في تعاملها مع القوات الجوية الروسية.

The Kurdistan Region Security Council reveals the details of the assassination of Brigadier General Muhammad Mirza at the hands of PKK militants
ARK News… The Kurdistan Region Security Council announced the details of the car explosion of Brigadier General Muhammad Mirza in Zakho, last Sunday, July 23, 2023, stressing that he was assassinated in a terrorist act by the explosion of a bomb that was planted in his car.
"After investigating the incident by their respective teams, in order to know the person and group who carried out this act, there is evidence confirming that they were sent by the PKK," the council said in a statement.
It added, "On the morning of July 23, 2023, a white Hyundai Tucson with a fake license plate to (avoid surveillance cameras and checkpoints) entered a side road into the city of Zakho, and monitored the house and car of Brigadier General Muhammad Mirza."
It continued, "At four o'clock in the morning, an explosive device was planted in the car of Brigadier General Muhammad Mirza in front of his house," noting that "at 7:49 in the evening on July 23, the car was detonated by means of a remote control in a public street in the city of Zakho."
The Council indicated that "they had previously received complete information through the institutions affiliated with the Council that the leadership of the Kurdistan Workers' Party plans to target a number of officers of the Security Council of the Kurdistan Region, and for this purpose, the Kurdistan Workers' Party trained a number of people on how to make and plant bombs, and also tried to bring them into Kurdistan Region".
The Kurdistan Region Security Council condemned this "terrorist act," stressing that "the perpetrators of this cowardly act will pay the price wherever they are, and they will reach their legal punishment," revealing that "the appropriate measures have been taken."

قدّمت هيام عبد الرحمن خلال الندوة، التهاني والتبريكات بمناسبة انعقاد المؤتمر الثاني عشر للحزب، وتطرقت إلى الأوضاع التنظيمية وأهميتها في حياة الشعوب ليكون معبراً عن تطلعاته القومية وأهدافه.

ودارت الندوة حول آخر المستجدات السياسية على المستوى الإقليمي والدولي وسياسة تقاطع المصالح وضرورة تفعيل القرار الأممي 2254 لإيجاد مخارج للأزمة السورية وتثبيت حقوق الشعب الكوردي وضمان حقوق كافة المكونات في سوريا تعددية برلمانية ديمقراطية وعلمانية لكل السوريين.

مسيرة تركية تسـ.ـتهدف سيارة لمسـ.ـحلي P*K*K في قضاء تابع لمدينة السليمانية
أعلنت مديرية مكافحة الإرهاب في إقليم كوردستان، مساء امس الجمعة، أن طائرة مسيرة تركية استهدفت سيارة كانت تقل عناصر من مسلحي PKK في قضاء شارباژير بالسليمانية، ما أسفر عن مقتل أربعة منهم، وإصابة آخر بجروح.
قالت المديرية في بيان إن "طائرة مسيرة تركية استهدفت، يوم الجمعة 28 تموز 2023، في الساعة الثامنة مساء، سيارة كانت تقل عناصر من مسلحي PKK، بالقرب من قرية (ڕەنگینە) في قضاء شارباژير بمحافظة السليمانية".
وأضاف البيان أن "الاستهداف أسفر عن مقتل أربعة عناصر من مسلحي PKK، وإصابة آخر بجروح".
