The Kurdish parties condemn the contempt for the symbols of the Kurds: a continuation of accepting the Lausanne Agreement
ARK News… The Kurdish parties abroad issued a statement about the disregard made by the PKK and a number of other parties for the history of the Kurdish struggle during the 100 years in the four parts of Kurdistan, during a conference they organized on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Lausanne Agreement in Switzerland. The statement, translated by ARK, read:
Statement of the Kurdish parties abroad
It is unfortunate that on the date (22-24 July 2023), during a conference organized by the PKK and a number of other parties on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Lausanne Agreement in Switzerland, the history of the Kurdish struggle during 100 years in the four parts of Kurdistan was underestimated.
Raising four different flags in the conference hall, mentioning the name of the peoples of Kurdistan instead of the Kurdish people, and placing a flag for every part of Kurdistan, nothing but the hidden agendas of some people and parties of questionable order, whose goal is to disperse the Kurds and stabilize the fragmentation of Kurdistan, and a rift in the ranks of the people of Kurdistan.
The closing statement of the conference, which was issued by a number of people, is a continuation of accepting the Lausanne Agreement, which oppressed Kurdish nationalism, and what they did during the conference was disrespect for the blood of the martyrs, the people, the flag, and the land of Kurdistan.
Unfortunately, some parties that claim struggle and patriotism, and that they made sacrifices, and are now participating in the Kurdistan government, did not lift a finger in the face of what happened in the conference of disregard for the Kurds and the Peshmerga.
We are a fragmented and oppressed people, and it is the duty of all parties to work to have a common flag and symbols.
The Peshmerga, the flag of Kurdistan, and its land are symbols of our unity and survival, and we must defend and preserve it.
The Peshmerga under the banner of Kurdistan were able to fight the most powerful global terrorist organization "ISIS", and defended humanity.
The land of Kurdistan is a safe haven for all Kurds from other parts of Kurdistan, and they have received support from the Kurdistan Regional Government, so preserving Kurdistan and its gains is a national and moral duty for every Kurd.
For this reason, we, as Kurdish parties abroad, will not accept belittling the blood of the martyrs and the flag of Kurdistan, and we condemn such actions.

منذ بداية العام .. تونس تنتشل 900 جثة لمهاجرين غرقى قبالة سواحلها
آرك نيوز.. أكدت تونس انتشال أكثر من 900 جثة، لمهاجرين غرقى في مياه البحر خلال الأشهر القليلة الماضية.
وأوضح وزير الداخلية التونسي كمال الفقي أمس الأربعاء، أن الحرس البحري انتشل هذا العام وحتى 20 يوليو الجاري 901 جثة لمهاجرين غرقى في البحر.
وأضاف الفقي، أن من بين الجثث 36 تونسيا و267 أجنبيا، فيما لم يتم التعرف على هويات الباقين؛ حيث تعد حصيلة الوفيات الأسوأ منذ سنوات.
وتشهد سواحل تونس هذا العام موجات هجرة قياسية رافقتها حوادث غرق مأساوية متكررة لقوارب مكتظة بالمهاجرين، أغلبهم من دول أفريقيا جنوب الصحراء من بينهم أطفال ونساء.
وانتقد وزير الداخلية ضعف التعاون مع المنظمات الدولية المتخصصة في الهجرة في التعامل مع الجثث، وطالب "المنظمات الدولية أن تكون في جاهزية عالية لتقوم بواجبها".

أربيل وبغداد تتفقان على تنفيذ البنود المتعلقة بإقليم كوردستان في الموازنة العامة
أعلنت حكومة إقليم كوردستان الخميس، عن التوصل الى اتفاق حول تنفيذ البنود المتعلقة بالإقليم في قانون الموازنة العامة.
وقال رئيس ديوان مجلس وزراء إقليم كوردستان أوميد صباح الذي يترأس وفد حكومة الإقليم في بغداد: "توصلنا الى اتفاق بعد اجتماع وفد حكومة غقليم كوردستان الأربعاء مع الحكومة الاتحادية في بغداد حول تطبيق قانون الموازنة الاتحادية وإرسال المستحقات المالية لإقليم كوردستان".
مضیفا، "في هذا الإطار تم توقيع مذكرة مشتركة بين الوفدين ومن المقرر بدء تمويل إقليم كوردستان بشكل فوري".

The death of a young man as a result of the collapse of an SDF tunnel in Al-Hasaka

Local sources reported that the young man, Ibrahim Abu Ghazala, who was working as an ordinary worker with the SDF digging a tunnel for the SDF north-east of Al-Hasaka, died as a result of the tunnel's collapse.

التحالف الأميركي من أجل سوريا يدعو إدارة بايدن لرفض تمديد "الترخيص السوري العام"
آرك نيوز.. دعا التحالف الأميركي من أجل سوريا" إدارة الرئيس الأميركي، جو بايدن، إلى رفض أي جهود لتمديد "الترخيص السوري العام"، الذي سمح بإجراء معاملات مباشرة مع النظام لمدة ستة أشهر بعد كارثة الزلزال في شباط الماضي.
وفي بيان له، قال التحالف إن الترخيص الأميركي كان مخصصاً في البداية لجهود الإغاثة من الزلزال، إلا أنه يسمح فعلياً بالمعاملات غير المقيدة مع نظام الأسد وحلفائه، وتحويل الأموال لدعم آلته الحربية، مع منع إيصال المساعدات الإنسانية إلى المناطق الأكثر ضعفاً في سوريا.
وأوضح التحالف أن "الفيتو" الروسي في 11 تموز الجاري على إيصال المساعدات الإنسانية عبر الحدود إلى سوريا "يسلط الضوء على عدم رغبة النظام في الانخراط بشكل بناء في قضايا المساعدات الإنسانية"، مشيراً إلى أن "سوء استخدام الترخيص العام أثار مخاوف، حيث ظهرت تقارير عن تهريب أسلحة متخفية في شكل مساعدات إنسانية، مما زاد من تعريض رفاهية الشعب السوري للخطر".
وقال رئيس "التحالف الأميركي من أجل سوريا"، الدكتور محمود البرازي، إن "تمديد الرخصة السورية العامة سيلغي إرادة الكونغرس وعقوبات قيصر"، مضيفاً أنه يجب على حلفائنا الموثوق بهم في الكونغرس معارضة هذا التمديد، والسعي إلى آلية بديلة أكثر فعالية وشفافية.
واقترح التحالف إنشاء "قناة إنسانية"، من شأنها تمكين الشركات التي تم فحصها والموافقة عليها من تقديم المساعدات بشكل فعال إلى المناطق الخارجة عن سيطرة النظام السوري، بما في ذلك شمال غربي سوريا وشمال شرقها.
وحث التحالف أعضاء الكونغرس الأميركي على دعم قرار مجلس النواب، الذي سيتم تقديمه في وقت لاحق من هذا الأسبوع، والذي يدعو إلى إنهاء الترخيص العام، وإعطاء الأولوية "لإنشاء قناة إنسانية كبديل شفاف وخاضع للمساءلة".

منظمة لالش للديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا تزور أصحاب خيم احترقت بمخيم بردرش
زار وفد من منظمة لالش للحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا برئاسة هيام عبد الرحمن عضو اللجنة المركزية للحزب، أصحاب الخيم التي احترقت في مخيم بردرش.
وناقش وفد منظمة لالش مع متين عبدالله شعبان مدير مخيم كويلان أوضاع المتضررين من الحريق وتقديم المساعدة اللازمة.
وأبدى مدير المخيم استعداده التام للقيام بإجراءات النقل فوراً وإعطائهم قواعد مناسبة بعد التشاور معهم ورغبتهم بذلك.
كما قام وفد منظمة لالش للحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني – سوريا بجولة ميدانية إلى القواعد التي تم إنشائها في مخيم گويلان، حيث سيتم البدء بإجراءات نقل اللاجئين من مخيم بردرش إليها إعتباراً من 22 آب 2023.
واختتم الوفد جولته بزيارة اللاجئ نهاد أحمد عبدالسلام وابنه إثر تعرضهما لحادث سير للإطمئان على صحتهما وتقديم الدعم والمساعدة.
