The White Helmets put out 9 fires, three of them in the outskirts of Afrin
ARK News… 9 fires, on Saturday, broke out in separate areas of northwestern Syria, including a large fire that broke out in Jenderes town, in the city of Afrin, in Syrian Kurdistan.
The Syrian Civil Defense (White Helmets) said that its teams were able, after more than 6 hours of continuous work in the middle of the night from Saturday to Sunday, to put out a large forest fire on the outskirts of the village of "Haj Hassana" in the Jenderes town of the city of Afrin in Syrian Kurdistan.
The White Helmets explained that the area in which the fire spread is estimated at 5 hectares, noting that two firefighting teams worked to put out the fire "amid great difficulties due to the rugged and steep terrain of the area, the high winds and the difficulty in the arrival of fire trucks."
It added: The civil defense teams put out a large forest fire that broke out in Bulbul district in the city of Afrin, and another in the Ain Bandaq area in the western countryside of Idlib, in addition to 3 fires in primitive fuel refining stations in the village of Tareen, east of Aleppo, and a fire in a sawmill in the town of Arab Saeed, west of Idlib. Two fires in dry grass and agricultural lands, one of which was in Sarmin in Idlib countryside, and the other in a cemetery in Rajo town in the city of Afrin.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum presents the youngest Kurdish female rider with 10 purebred Arabian horses
ARK News… Laniya Fakher, an 8-year-old girl who is the youngest female jockey in the Kurdistan Region and all of Iraq, obtained a golden residence permit from the UAE during her visit to Dubai during the past few days.
In a press conference, Lania Fakher praised the UAE's interest in equestrian sport, and the provision of the necessary care for horses.
Lania said during the conference that those in charge of this sport in the Emirates made a promise to her to send a doctor who specializes in caring for horses.
Fakher had appeared a few days ago in a video clip circulated by activists crying over her dead horse as she embraced him in her hands, which called for the Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to gift her a group of horses.

Civilian casualties in the bombing of two cars by the Syrian regime in the village of Kebashin in Afrin

Afrin's displaced people return to their hometown
ARK News… During the past two days, six Kurdish families have returned to their hometowns in Afrin and its towns and villages.
Two families hail from the village of Peniraka, which is one of the seven villages of Maydana in Rajo town, and four families hail from Mabata town, according to a special source who reported it, on Saturday, August 5, 2023.
Bulbul town and its villages also witnessed the return of a number of displaced and refugee Kurdish families.
The Kurdish politician Adnan Mustafa said in a previous statement that eighty families returned during the month of July to their hometown in Afrin and its environs and villages, an average of four families every day.
Mustafa told ARK that the families returned from Sheikh Maqsoud and Achrafieh neighborhoods and al-Shahba camps in Aleppo, to their hometowns in the villages and districts of Afrin.
Mustafa, who is from the village of Hisê (Mirkan) in the district of Mabata, confirmed that his village witnessed the return of six families from Aleppo, in addition to a family who lived in Afrin, the city, who returned to his village.
Mustafa continued by saying that the center of Mabata town witnessed the return of 35 families, while the city of Jenderes witnessed the return of ten families, in addition to the villages of “Şêxûrzê”, Atmana, and the villages of the towns of Shara, Bulbul and Rajo.

حركة ١٠ آب السورية تصدر أول بيان لها " البيان التأسيسي "
أصدرت حركة 10 آب السورية بيانا قالت فيها أنها تعلن عن تشكيل حركة ١٠ آب لإنهاء معاناة السوريين من سوء إدارة لشؤون البلاد و تجاهل السلطة لمستقبل الشعب, وبأن لها مطلب واحد صريح و واضح لا يوجد أي بديل عنه.
قالت حركة 10 آب السورية في بيانها: نحن الشابات و الشباب السوري في الداخل نعلن عن تشكيل حركة ١٠ آب لإنهاء معاناة السوريين من سوء إدارة لشؤون البلاد و تجاهل السلطة لمستقبل الشعب.
وأضافت الحركة: بأنها لاتدعو للفتنة, وترفض الوصاية من أي طرف خارجي مهما كان, وترفض حمل السلاح و لن تحمله مهما حصل, وأنها تتكلم من الداخل.
وأكدت حركة 10 آب السورية بأن لديها مطلب واحد صريح, وواضح لا يوجد أي بديل عنه, والمطلب بسيط جدا و قابل للتحقيق فهو لا يحتاج الى أي موارد إنما فقط إلتزام من طرف السلطة في سوريا, والمطلب هو أن تقوم السلطة السورية و على لسان رئيسها أو رئيس مجلس وزرائها حصراً باصدار بيان علني و عبر القنوات الرسمية يحدد من خلاله جدول زمني واضح مع تواريخ محددة بالشهر و السنة تظهر لنا ما يلي:
١ - تاريخ رفع الرواتب للموظفين في الداخل الى ما يقارب ١٠٠ دولار شهرياً كحد أدنى. نعلم أن الأمر صعب. نحن لا نريد تحقيق الأمر غداً. نريد فقط أن نعرف متى سيتحقق الأمر.
٢ - تاريخ اعادة الكهرباء بمعدل ٢٠ ساعة يومياً الى كافة الأراضي السورية.
٣- تاريخ اصدار جوازات السفر لكل المواطنين في سوريا بفترة اقل من شهر.
٤ - تاريخ اعادة الدعم للخبز و المازوت و البانزين
٥- تاريخ اعلان خطة لمحاربة مصانع الكبتاغون و اغلاقها في كافة الاراضي السورية
٦ - تاريخ اخراج كافة المعتقلين من النساء و الأطفال أولا
٧ - تاريخ اخراج كافة المعتقلين السياسيين
٨ - تاريخ اعلان قانون يكفل التوقف عن بيع أملاك الدولة للقطاع الخاص الأجنبي بشكل تام.
٩- تحديد مدة خدمة قوات الإحتياط والخدمة الإلزامية في الجيش
وأكدت حركة 10 آب السورية مطالبتها للسطلة في سوريا إعلان هذه التواريخ كافة دون أي مساومة و على لسان رئيسها أو رئيس مجلس الوزراء حصراً و لن يعتبر التصريح من قبل مسؤولي الدرجة الثانية بكافٍ.
وأردفت حركة 10 آب السورية قائلة: سئمنا الوعود الطنانة و الشعارات الكاذبة كما حصل بعد اعلان السلطة "الانتصار" و هي بالواقع لم تنتصر و لا من يحزنون.
وقالت حركة 10 آب السورية: اذا لم يتم الإعلان عن هذه التواريخ " نعيد و نكرر تواريخ فقط و ليس تنفيذ للوعود لكي لا يتم اتهامنا بالتعجيز" فإنها ستقوم بجدول من التحركات في الداخل إبتداءً من التاريخ نفسه".
ودعت حركة 10 آب السورية الجيش, وأجهزة الأمن بعدم التعرض لها , وذلك لأن أعضاءها أبناء هذه الأرض، ومطالبهم تصب في مصلحة الجميع

الدفاع المدني: هجمات النظام وروسيا المستمرة منهجية لقتل الحياة في الشمال السوري
آرك نيوز.. قالت مؤسسة الدفاع المدني السوري إن الهجمات المستمرة لمسلحي النظام السوري وروسيا تأتي ضمن منهجية في الإجرام لأجل قتل الحياة في شمال غربي سوريا، وحرمان المدنيين من الاستقرار وفرض حالة من الرعب والذعر بينهم، وفرض المزيد من التضييق بمحاربة كل سبل الحياة ومصادر العيش.
وقالت إن الطائرات الروسية، ومسلحو النظام السوري تواصل هجماتها الإرهابية على قرى وبلدات شمال غربي سوريا مخلفةً قتلى مدنيين ومصابين بينهم عامل إنساني، ويأتي ذلك استمراراً لسياستهم في قتل المدنيين، وحربهم المستمرة دون رادع منذ 12 عاماً، وأزمة إنسانية غير مسبوقة مع توقف تمديد تفويض آلية إدخال المساعدات عبر الحدود، بسبب الفيتو الروسي.
ولفتت المؤسسة إلى مقتل 3 مدنيين وإصابة 6 أشخاص، بينهم امرأة، بغارات جوية روسية استهدفت مزارع وأبنية، ومنازل مدنيين، على الطريق الواصل بين مدينة إدلب وقرية عين شيب، يوم أمس السبت 5 آب، وتعرضت فرق الإنقاذ في الدفاع المدني السوري، ومسعفون في المكان لهجوم مزدوج بغارة جوية أثناء إنقاذهم المصابين.
وارتفعت وتيرة هجمات النظام السوري وحليفه الروسي على شمال غربي سوريا في الآونة الأخيرة وتركزت على ريفي إدلب الغربي والجنوبي وريف حلب الغربي ويتعرض ريف إدلب الشرقي وريفا حلب الشمالي والشرقي بين الحين والآخر لهجمات مماثلة سواء بالغارات الجوية أو الاستهدافات المزدوجة بالصواريخ الحرارية الموجهة.

مصدر دبلوماسي غربي : أمريكا تدرس تنفيذ عملية عسكرية في سورية
آرك نيوز.. أكد مصدر دبلوماسي غربي أن وزارة الدفاع الأمريكية تدرس بشكل جدي سيناريو عملية عسكرية في سورية.
وأفاد المصدر الدبلوماسي الرفيع، أن الإدارة الأمريكية الحالية لديها بالفعل رغبة لتغيير الواقع الميداني. وقد يكون التركيز على شمال شرق سورية حيث انتشار الميليشيات الإيرانية, بالتزامن مع غوص روسيا بشكل أكبر في الحرب الأوكرانية، وبدء الجيش الأوكراني تنفيذ هجومه المضاد.
وبحسب المصدر فإن واشنطن تقوم بمحادثات مع دول إقليمية بهدف التوافق على خطوات محتملة في الملف السوري، وهذا ما دفع الميليشيات المدعومة من إيران وخاصة حزب الله اللبناني إلى الاستعداد لمثل هذا السيناريو.
وفي وقت سابق انخرطت قوات التحالف الموجودة في سورية بمحادثات مع قيادات عشائرية عربية، مما يشير إلى رغبة بإحداث تغيير في الخريطة السورية.

السعودية تستضيف محادثات حول الحرب في أوكرانيا
آرك نيوز.. استضافت السعودية السبت محادثات حول الحرب في أوكرانيا اعتبرتها كييف صعبة بالنظر إلى التباينات بين الدول المشاركة فيها، وذلك في إطار مسعى سياسي جديد للمملكة الراغبة في أداء دور دبلوماسي على الساحة الدولية.
جرت الاجتماعات، التي ذكر الأوكرانيون أنها تضم ممثلين لنحو 40 دولة، في مدينة جدة الساحلية، واختتمت مساء السبت بعد ساعات عدة من المباحثات التي شاركت فيها مختلف الوفود، وفق ما أفاد مشاركون.
وكما كان متوقعاً، لم يصدر أي بيان ختامي، علماً أن بعض الوفود تعتزم المشاركة في اجتماعات ثنائية الأحد في جدة، بحسب المصادر نفسها.
وتحدث مصدر أوروبي عن مساحة تفاهم حول النقاط الرئيسية، وخصوصاً احترام "وحدة أراضي أوكرانيا وسيادتها"، على أن يكون هذا الأمر "في صلب أي اتفاق سلام".
بدأت روسيا غزو أوكرانيا في 24 شباط فبراير 2022، وفشلت في محاولتها الاستيلاء على العاصمة لكنها استولت على مساحات شاسعة من الأراضي في الشرق فيما تقاتل القوات الأوكرانية المدعومة من الغرب لاستعادتها.
