Trump: We Will Never Abandon Our Allies in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq
ARK News.. U.S. President Donald Trump said oil supplies passing through the Strait of Hormuz are currently flowing at their highest level ever, while stressing that “any end to Iran would inevitably mean the end of its proxies and allies in the region.”
According to Kurdistan24, Trump was asked about the withdrawal of U.S. forces from Iraq and the Kurdistan Region and said: “We will never abandon our allies.”
Trump added, "Iran will not have a nuclear weapon. Everyone agrees 100% that we must prevent it from obtaining one, because possessing such a weapon would pose a major danger and be a source of crises.”
The U.S. president also said, "The amount of oil currently passing through the Strait of Hormuz is higher than ever before, and once the war and conflict between the United States and Iran end, fuel prices will see a significant and substantial decline.”
He added: “If Iran ends, all the groups and proxies affiliated with it will automatically end.”
