Shaibani and Salam Discuss Latest Regional and International Developments
ARK News.. Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani and Lebanese Prime Minister Nawwaf Salam discussed the latest regional and international developments and their implications for both countries.
According to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA), Shibani held a phone call with Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, during which they discussed ways to strengthen cooperation and coordination between Syria and Lebanon in a manner that serves the common interests of the two countries and their peoples and supports security and stability.
The two sides also discussed the latest developments on the regional and international fronts and their repercussions on Syria and Lebanon.
They stressed the importance of maintaining coordination and cooperation between the two countries in addressing various issues of mutual concern.
