Kurdish Refugee from Afrin departed in Bremen, Germany
ARK News.. A Kurdish refugee from Afrin tragically departed in Bremen, Germany, following a fall from a staircase while renovating his residence. He is set to be buried in Germany.
Local sources reported that Nashat Rashid, a member of the Dilke family, died on Thursday, November 28, 2024, after spending 38 days in intensive care at a German hospital.
According to the sources, the refugee, originally from the village of Qarmitlq in the Shiye town of Afrin, fell while he was working on home renovations in Bremen.
Born in 1973, Nashat Rashid had been awaiting family reunification after completing the renovations. His burial will take place in Germany.
