Turkey asks the US to stop building observation points
ARK News: The Turkish-American Working Group on Syria announced on Friday 7.12.2018 that the two countries have agreed to accelerate efforts to implement an agreement on Manbij by the end of the year.
During the meeting which held on Friday, the two sides also agreed to continue to work jointly in relation to other areas as mentioned in the roadmap of Manbij.
In another context, Turkish Defense Minister Khalosi Akar told US special envoy to Syria Jim Jeffrey, who came to Turkey to attend the meetings of the Turkish-American Working Group on Syria, , the need for the United States to abandon the establishment of monitoring sites in Syria.
