Masrour Barzani praises the bonds of friendship and historical relations between the Kurdistan Region and America
ARK News… The President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, on Thursday, August 10, 2023, received the US Consul General to the region, Irvin Hicks, on the occasion of the end of his duties.
At the outset of the meeting, the Prime Minister referred to the bonds of friendship and the historical and distinguished relations between the Kurdistan Region and the United States of America. He also expressed his thanks to the US Consul General for his performance and efforts to strengthen bilateral relations, and wished him success in his future duties.
For his part, the US Consul General expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Prime Minister and the concerned authorities in the Kurdistan Regional Government for the support provided to him during his tenure, through fruitful and effective coordination and cooperation with his country's consulate.
