President Barzani receives the French Minister of Defense

ARK News…. President Masoud Barzani received in Salahuddin today, Thursday, French Defense Minister Sebastien Lecorno and his accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, the political situation in the world, the region and Iraq was discussed, and reference was made to the historical friendship between the Kurdish and French peoples, and emphasis was placed on the development of this friendship and the continuity of relations and coordination between the two sides.

The meeting also discussed the impact of the threat of ISIS and extremist ideology on Iraq and the region.
