Local sources told ARK News: Because of the compulsory conscription, the deterioration of the living and service situation, the electricity cuts for long hours, and the taxes imposed by the Syrian Democratic Forces "SDF" on the people of the city of Manbij, two days ago, civil activists from the city of Manbij called for a general strike.
Local sources revealed: The protesters demanded in the strike, which included markets and shops, and lasted for two days, to "stop the compulsory recruitment campaigns, raise the wages of employees and workers, improve service conditions, and stop imposing taxes that have burdened citizens."
