The French Defense Minister visits the Kurdistan Region to discuss issues related to stability in the region

ARK News... The French newspaper Le Figaro announced that the French Minister of Defense, Sebastien Lecorno, arrived in the Kurdistan Region on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, as part of an official visit, and was received by President Masoud Barzani.

The French Defense Minister inspected his country's forces, which are part of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) operations in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.

The visit of the French Minister of Defense to the Kurdistan Region came to discuss several issues related to security, stability and terrorist threats in the region.
