ARK News… A consultative meeting was held for the parties of the Kurdish National Council, ENKS, in the city of Qamishlo, in Syrian Kurdistan.

In this regard, Muhammad Ismail, Secretary of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, spoke about the content of the meeting, saying that the meeting touched on the latest developments and political developments in the region in general and related to the Syrian crisis in particular.

Ismail continued by saying that the meeting discussed in a sustainable manner the reactions and positions that differed from the current events of the Syrian crisis, especially the attempts to normalize relations with the Syrian regime and the quartet meeting that included Turkey, Russia, Iran and the Syrian regime, in addition to the moves of Geir Pedersen, the UN Special Envoy to Syria, and the latest diplomatic moves. and recent tours in the region.

The conferees stressed that Syria is on the verge of a new phase, so it requires serious work, taking into account the interests of the Syrian people and guaranteeing their rights, according to Ismail.

At the end of his speech, he affirmed that the conferees evaluated the work and activities of the Kurdish National Council in Syria and presented proposals and opinions. They also discussed the organizational matters of the Kurdish National Council in Syria.
