We are pleased and happy to congratulate you for holding your twelfth conference in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The presence of President Masoud Barzani and the opening speech was a greater success and blessing.
We offer you, and through you, all your comrades and supporters of your party, our best congratulations and congratulations, wishing you success in serving the Kurdish cause in Syrian Kurdistan.

Dear comrades:
The stage that our people are going through is difficult and delicate. It requires more joint action and coordination to activate the Kurdish National Council, which has become a great gain and a faithful defender of the national rights of the Kurdish people and their just cause in Syria.
