ARK News... A glitch caused the Syrian mobile network to stop serving in the city of Hasakah and some towns of Syrian Kurdistan.
According to ARK's source: The malfunction caused the suspension of the service and a complete interruption of the mobile network in the city of Hasakah and the towns of Girke Lage and Chil Agha of Derik city and Tirbaspiye of Qamishlo city.
