
Four Peshmerga forces were martyred in an attack by ISIS terrorists on the village of Qara Salem
ISIS terrorists carried out, two days ago, an attack on a point on the fronts of the 126th Brigade near the village of Qara Salem, Sheikh Bazini area of Pirde town, "Altun Kopri" on the borders of Kirkuk governorate, resulting in martyrs and injuries among the Peshmerga forces.
The attack launched by ISIS terrorists on the Peshmerga forces left four martyrs and two wounded:
The martyr, Captain Masoud Tal’at, from the people of Segirdan town
The martyr Nehro Naji is from the people of Daratu town in Erbil
Martyr Hajar Jalal from Kirkuk
Martyr Rekan Tawfiq from Mamzawa in Erbil
On Sunday, the Ministry of Peshmerga issued a statement saying, "ISIS terrorists carried out another brutal attack on December 5/6, 2021 on a point of the fronts of the 126th Brigade near the village of Qara Salem.
On the evening of Sunday (December 5, 2021), ISIS terrorists burned down a number of homes in the village of Lahiban, in the Sargiran town, at the foot of Qara Chokh.
ISIS terrorists carried out 206 terrorist attacks in the Kurdish areas outside the administration of the region during 10 months of this year, which resulted in 837 casualties among the martyrs, the injured and the kidnapped, according to what was announced by the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Peshmerga, Jabbar Yawar.
