America condemns the ISIS attack in Garmyan and affirms its continued support for the Peshmerga

ARK News… The US Consulate General, on Sunday, November 28, 2021, condemned the attack launched by ISIS days ago on the Peshmerga forces, which resulted in a number of casualties and injuries.
In a statement, the consulate stated that America continues to support the Peshmerga forces and the Iraqi security forces and supports their efforts to ensure the continued defeat of ISIS.
On Sunday, the Ministry of Peshmerga announced that it had thwarted an ISIS attack on the borders of the Koljo area in the Garmyan region.
As a result of the attack, 5 Peshmerga fighters were killed and 4 others were wounded.
