ARK News... Clashes, on Monday, 3 August 2020, erupted between two Arab clans in the center of Hasaka, in Syrian Kurdistan.
An informed source told ARK News: Violent clashes took place between the Al-Ogaidat and Al-Baggara clans in the Al-Nashwa neighborhood of Hasaka, leaving four dead from the Al-Ogaidat clan as a preliminary outcome so far.

The source added that the Asayish of the PYD and elements of the Syrian regime had been dispersed in the area to disengage.

The same source has said that the clashes were the result of an old feud.

Informed sources reported earlier that clashes with light weapons erupted among civilians in Hajin city in Deir Ezzor countryside, due to a financial dispute over old debts. The clashes left at least one person dead and four others injured, amid growing tension in Hajin city and closure of markets.
