In Syrian Kurdistan, who will agree with whom, and how?

ARK News: There has been a lot of talks recently about a French initiative for a rapprochement between the Democratic Union Party the PYD and the Kurdish National Council in Syria ENKS, and the talk is still in the context of the creation of climates.

The Kurdish National Council in Syria demands that PYD has to prepare the appropriate atmosphere before embarking on any process of convergence or dialogue, such as the reopening of the offices of the Kurdish National Council and its parties and organizations, the release of prisoners of conscience from their prisons and the absence of obstacles to political action, and this is what PYD has not begun yet, according to the statements of the Kurdish National Council in Syria and its leaders.

In this context, the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria said, "efforts and attempts are still underway to achieve some sort of rapprochement and understanding between the Kurdish National Council in Syria (ENKS) and the PYD represented by the French initiative and American efforts in the meeting of the two parties in this regard, in this context, our party (the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria) and the Kurdish National Council in Syria expressed their desire to reach a real partnership between the two sides, providing the necessary atmospheres and climates for serious effective dialogue.

The political Bureau of PDK-S added, "however, the other party confirms its practices otherwise, and if it suggests the response in this direction, but soon does another act that undermines that direction or in contrast, which means either it is not serious or that it does not have the cornerstone of its decision, and both one result is that this party has no seriousness in a real partnership, but seeks to contain and confiscate the decision and the position of the Council, which cannot be accepted in any way. "

This initiative was preceded by several agreements and attempts, such as the agreement of Hawler 1, Hawler 2 and Duhok, under the direct patronage of President Masoud Barzani, all these agreements and attempts did not enter into implementation, and on the other hand there are questions about the main files in the event of convergence or agreement, including:

2. The form of administration in the regions of Kurdistan Syria
3. The geography of the new administration
4. The situation in Afrin and its future
5. The security zone and its depth
6. the military in those geographical
7. Mechanism of dialogue and dealing with the Syrian regime, especially the presence of the regime so far in the city of Qamishlo and Hasaka.
8. political demands and the ceiling of those demands, whether the geography will be managed by those regions, or areas of Syrian Kurdistan
9. the massacres that occurred in Kurdistan Syria by PYD and the mechanism of prosecuting the perpetrators and compensation
10. A file of the Arab Belt and the immigrants Arabs of Al-Ghamir
11. Official relationship with Turkey, after the formation of the new administration, especially the view of Turkey to the Democratic Union Party either at the present time or include the party in any new administration.

These and other questions related to the constitution, negotiation, Syria's future and the transition period, perhaps it will be essential at the table of any convergence, negotiation or agreement between the Kurdish National Council in Syria and the Democratic Union Party.
