The PYD seeks to export wheat to the system, and Syria-Kurdistan suffers from a shortage of flour

ARK News.. An economic official in the PYD administration revealed that contacts are underway between the PYD administration and the Syrian regime in order to export the surplus of wheat crop to the Syrian interior.
Salman Baroudo, co-chair of the Economic and Agriculture Authority in the PYD's administration of a PYD website, said that these contacts have not yielded results yet, but they are "continuous and not broken," he said.
Baroudo added that the PYD administration has no objection to exporting wheat to the Syrian interior if an agreement is reached.
