ARK News: On Monday, the anniversary of the departure one of the Syrian Kurdistan fighters, who has joined the ranks of the Kurdish movement since the beginning of the sixties of the last century, due to his persistent national positions, was subjected to arrest and security harassment.

On this day (1/6) of 2009, the fighter Muhammad Abdullah Ali, one of the fighters of the first generation of the Kurdish liberation movement in Syrian Kurdistan, departed in his place of residence in Damascus, "Zorava".

The freedom fighter Muhammad Abdullah Ali joined the ranks of the Kurdish liberation movement since the beginning of the sixties of the last century, and despite the difficulties and persistent pursuit by the Syrian regime apparatus, he remained steadfast and committed to his positions.

When the Kurdistan Region uprising began in 1991, one of the committee members was aid to the Kurdistan Front, and the militant participated in all demonstrations in Damascus against the Syrian regime since 2002 in front of the Syrian People's Assembly, and the subsequent demonstrations, and he was arrested more than once, and he was tortured in the branch of Political Security branch in Al-Mazzeh, Damascus, in the March 12 uprising 2004.

As a result of the firmness of his position on the Kurdish issue, the Kurdish militant was subjected to arrest and security harassment. At the end of his career, he was forced to live in the city of Damascus and deport himself next to his Lord on 1/6/2009 in the Syrian capital.

The fighter Muhammad Abdullah Ali was born in the village of "Derka Bar Ava" of Derik city in 1936 and died in the city of Damascus in (1/6/2009).
