ARK News: According to US military intelligence in its assessment of the Turkish military offensive in northern Syria following US President Trump's withdrawal of US troops, it has helped ISIS and damaged our relations with the Kurds in the region.
According to a report issued by the inspector general in the Pentagon that the CIA assessment concluded that ISIS took advantage of the Turkish incursion and the subsequent withdrawal of US forces to rebuild its capabilities and resources inside Syria and enhance its ability to plan attacks abroad.
