ARK News.. Jordan’s Foreign Minister stressed that any disruption to Syria’s stability would pose a threat to the entire region.
According to the Al-Mamlaka channel, Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi said on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, during a session at the Berlin Foreign Policy Forum, that Jordan is working closely with the Syrian government to restore stability and confront terrorism.
Safadi had earlier called for supporting the Syrian government in its efforts to rebuild the country and consolidate stability.

Activists Launch Campaign to Document the “Identity of the Mountains” in Iranian Kurdistan
ARK News.. In an initiative that blends environmental preservation with cultural identity, dozens of activists and mountaineers in Iranian Kurdistan have launched a campaign to install informational plaques on mountain peaks across the region, wearing traditional Kurdish attire that harmonizes with the natural landscape and rugged terrain.
The campaign aims to establish an “identity marker” for the mountains of the Bukan area, as organizers believe the mountains of Kurdistan carry an ancient history and original names that must be preserved. The plaques are intended to provide accurate information for foreign visitors and mountain trekkers who may be unfamiliar with the region’s geography, while also documenting these names for future generations to ensure their natural heritage is passed down.
Mountaineer Kamil Salimpour said, “We are pleased with this gathering to install plaques that carry important meaning. Our goal is for our children and grandchildren to learn about these places and benefit from the beauty of their nature, and we hope everyone will help protect our environment.”
For his part, Chiya Mohammedi, a member of the climbing team, emphasized that the initiative goes far beyond placing a metal sign, stating: “Our visits to the mountains are a message of environmental protection. We did not just place a plaque — we placed an ‘identity.’ The mountains of Kurdistan have their own history, which must be respected and documented.”

أكد وزير الخارجية الأردني أن الإخلال في استقرار سوريا سيكون مهدداً للمنطقة بأسرها.
بحسب قناة "المملكة"، قال وزير الخارجية الأردني، أيمن الصفدي، اليوم الثلاثاء 25 تشرين الثاني 2025، خلال جلسة ضمن أعمال منتدى برلين للسياسة الخارجية، إن بلاده تعمل بشكل وثيق مع الحكومة السورية لإعادة الاستقرار ومواجهة "الإرهاب".
ودعا وزير الخارجية الأردني في وقت سابق إلى دعم الحكومة السورية في جهود إعادة بناء البلاد وتثبيت الاستقرار فيها.

الصين تستعد لإعادة فتح سفارتها في دمشق
أعلنت الصين أنها تستعد لإعادة فتح سفارتها في العاصمة السورية دمشق مطلع عام 2026، في خطوة تُعدّ من أبرز التطوّرات في مسار العلاقات السورية–الصينية خلال السنوات الأخيرة.
بحسب مدير الشؤون الصينية في وزارة الخارجية السورية، أشهد صليبي، فإنّ زيارة الوفد السوري إلى بكين قبل أسابيع "فتحت أبواب مرحلة جديدة بين البلدين"، وأسست لعودة الحضور الدبلوماسي الصيني المباشر في سوريا بعد سنوات من الإغلاق.
وفق الصليبي، أنّ الجانب الصيني تعهّد بتقديم 380 مليون يوان (نحو 53 مليون دولار) كمساعدات للشعب السوري، مشيراً إلى أن رجال الأعمال والطلاب السوريين يواجهون صعوبات كبيرة في الحصول على التأشيرات، ما جعل تسريع إعادة افتتاح السفارة مطلبًا ملحاً.

الإمارات تشيد بما يشهده إقليم كوردستان من نهضة عمرانية وتقدم
استقبل رئيس حكومة إقليم كوردستان مسرور بارزاني، اليوم الثلاثاء 25 تشرين الثاني 2025، القنصل العام الجديد لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة لدى الإقليم أحمد حسن الشحي.
في مستهل اللقاء، هنأ رئيس الحكومة القنصل الإماراتي بمناسبة تسنمه مهام منصبه، مشيراً إلى الروابط المميزة والراسخة التي تجمع بين إقليم كوردستان ودولة الإمارات، مبدياً في الوقت نفسه استعداد حكومة الإقليم لتقديم كافة أشكال الدعم والتسهيلات لإنجاح مهمته الدبلوماسية.
ومن جانبه، أعرب القنصل العام الإماراتي عن سعادته بمباشرة مهام عمله في الإقليم، ونقل إلى رئيس الحكومة تحيات الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان رئيس الدولة، والشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم نائب رئيس الدولة.
كما أشاد بما يشهده إقليم كوردستان من نهضة عمرانية وتقدم، مثنياً على الإصلاحات التي تقودها حكومة الإقليم في مختلف المجالات.

الساحل السوري يشهد مظاهرات مطالبة باللامركزية
شهدت عدة مناطق في الساحل السوري خروج مظاهرات تطالب باللامركزية وإطلاق سراح الموقوفين على مدار الأشهر الفائتة، تلتها مظاهرات أخرى داعمة للحكومة السورية، وسط أنباء عن اعتداء مجموعة من الأشخاص على ممتلكات المدنيين.
وحسب تلفزيون سوريا، شهدت محافظتا طرطوس واللاذقية اليوم الثلاثاء 25 تشرين الثاني 2025، خروج مظاهرات واعتصامات طالبت باللامركزية وإطلاق سراح الموقوفين المنتمين للنظام المخلوع، سواء من ضباطه أو من العناصر الذين شاركوا في حركة "الفلول".
وحسب المصدر، خرجت مظاهرة عند دوّار الزراعة في مدينة اللاذقية وأخرى عند دوّار الأزهري، وسط إجراءات أمنية مشددة، وأن الأهالي قدموا من أرياف طرطوس ومن داخل المدينة، وتجمعوا قرب دوائر السادات، وأن الأعداد كانت كبيرة صباحاً قبل أن تبدأ بالتراجع خلال الساعة الأخيرة.
كما وشهدت اللاذقية وطرطوس انتشاراً أمنياً كثيفاً، حيث طوقت قوات الأمن الداخلي مواقع التظاهر بالكامل.

ناشطون يطلقون حملة لتوثيق "هوية الجبال" في كوردستان إيران
في مبادرة تمزج بين الحفاظ على البيئة والتمسك بالهوية الثقافية، نظم عشرات الناشطين ومتسلقي الجبال في كوردستان إيران حملة لتركيب لوحات تعريفية على قمم الجبال في المنطقة، مرتدين الزي الكوردي التقليدي الذي يتناغم مع طبيعة الجبال وتضاريسها.
تهدف الحملة إلى وضع "هوية تعريفية" لجبال منطقة "بوكان"، حيث يرى القائمون عليها أن جبال كوردستان تمتلك تاريخاً عريقاً وأسماءً أصلية يجب الحفاظ عليها. وتسعى هذه اللوحات إلى تقديم معلومات دقيقة للسياح الأجانب ولمرتادي الجبال الذين قد لا يكونون على دراية بجغرافيا المنطقة، بالإضافة إلى توثيق هذه الأسماء للأجيال القادمة لضمان معرفتهم بتراثهم الطبيعي.
وفي هذا السياق، يقول المتسلق كاميل سليم بور: "نحن سعداء بهذا التجمع لتثبيت هذه اللوحات التي تحمل دلالات هامة. هدفنا هو أن يتعرف أطفالنا وأحفادنا على هذه المواقع ويستفيدوا من جمال طبيعتها، ونتمنى من الجميع الحفاظ على بيئتنا".
من جانبه، أكد جيا محمدي، أحد أعضاء فريق التسلق، أن الهدف يتجاوز مجرد وضع قطعة معدنية، قائلاً: "زيارتنا للجبال هي رسالة لحماية البيئة. نحن لم نضع مجرد لوحة، بل وضعنا 'هوية'. جبال كوردستان لها تاريخها الخاص الذي يجب احترامه وتوثيقه".

رئيس إقليم كوردستان يستقبل سفيرة هولندا لدى بغداد

Heightened Security Alert in Syrian Coastal Cities and Towns
ARK News.. A Syrian human rights source reported that cities and towns across the Syrian coast are witnessing a state of heightened security, coinciding with a call issued by Sheikh Ghazal Ghazal for a peaceful sit-in on Tuesday.
According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, security convoys were seen patrolling several towns and cities in the coastal region on the eve of the call made by Sheikh Ghazal Ghazal, who serves as the supreme spiritual authority of the Alawite community and the head of the Supreme Alawite Islamic Council in Syria and the diaspora.
Sheikh Ghazal Ghazal had released a statement urging peaceful demonstrations and sit-ins, addressing all sectarian, religious, and ethnic components opposed to injustice, killing, kidnapping, desecration of sanctifies, systematic executions, and violations of human dignity. He called for raising the voice of truth, halting the machinery of violence and all forms of terrorism practiced against Syrians, and releasing detainees—most of whom are military personnel arrested after the fall of Bashar al-Assad’s regime.
The source noted that social media pages supporting the Sheikh’s stance and opposing the practices of the interim government called on people to heed the Sheikh’s appeal and join the sit-ins in their respective areas. In contrast, pages supportive of the government issued threats, stating that any participation in the sit-ins would be met with arrests and confrontation. Several pages attempted to undermine the call for peaceful protest by claiming that the last ten seconds of the Sheikh’s recorded statement were not in his voice, prompting the Alawite Islamic Council to publish the statement in its written form,
handwritten by the Sheikh, stamped and signed, clarifying that what occurred in the final seconds was merely a technical error.
The statement came in response to growing demands from members of the Alawite community urging Sheikh Ghazal to break his silence and take a public stance on the bloody events—including killings, kidnappings, slaughter, intimidation, and violations of sanctifies—the most recent of which was the attack against Alawite residents in the neighborhoods of Homs by members of the Bani Khalid tribe.

Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani reaffirmed today, Tuesday, 25 November 2025, his firm commitment to protecting women’s rights and building a society founded on freedom, equality, and human dignity, stressing that efforts will continue to confront all forms of violence and discrimination against women.

“On the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, we reaffirm our steadfast commitment to defending women’s rights and establishing a society governed by freedom, equality, and human dignity. We will continue our efforts and work to confront all types of violence and discrimination against women.
We honor and remember all women who lost their lives due to violence, and we extend our deepest sympathy to their families. True condolence for their families will only be achieved through justice, the prevention of such crimes from recurring, and the creation of a safe environment that protects every woman, regardless of her position or circumstances.
Protecting women’s rights is a fundamental pillar of building a free, just, advanced, and secure society for all. Eliminating violence against women requires collective will, strong laws and their implementation, and a societal awareness that respects women and supports their broad participation in political, administrative, and economic life.
The future of Kurdistan depends on empowering women and strengthening their active role in all sectors of life. We remain fully committed to confronting violence and extremism, protecting rights and freedoms, and building a society in which every woman enjoys safety and freedom, and is able to achieve her dreams and aspirations.
We will continue working with all institutions and official bodies in the Kurdistan Region, as well as civil society organizations, religious and social figures, to strengthen legal protection, expand economic empowerment programs, enhance women’s participation in decision-making positions, and ensure workplaces and communities free from harassment, violence, and discrimination.
