محمود برو: إنقاذ ما تبقى من كوردستان سوريا مرتبط بإخراج P*K*K منها
آرك نيوز.. أكد سياسي كوردي أن انقاذ ما تبقى من كوردستان سوريا مرتبط بإخراج PKK منها, وغير ذلك كوردستان سوريا تتجه نحو المجهول المظلم.
خلال مشاركته في نشرة راديو ريباز الإخبارية قال محمود برو إن تركيا تستغل وجود PKK وأذرعه في كوردستان سوريا, لشن الهجوم عليها, ورغم المحاولات الأمريكية بإبعاد PKK عن كوردستان سوريا, لكن أذرعه دائما ما يعملون لافشال هذه المحاولات, بل تؤكد ارتباطها المباشر بمنظومة PKK.
وحول التقارب بين النظام السوري وتركيا أكد السياسي الكوردي محمود برو أن هذه التقارب سيؤثر على كوردستان سوريا بشكل أو بأخر, و الخلافات بين الدول المحتلة لكوردستان إعلامية, وهم متفقون في سحق الكورد وطموحاته.
وأضاف السياسي الكوردي: المجتمع الدولي كعادته سيضحي بالكورد, وإلى الآن تم التضحية بآلاف الشباب الكورد من قبل PKK أمام أنظار الدول التي تدعي بأنها صديقة للكورد وضامنە لحقوقه في سوريا الجديدة.
وأضاف برو: للحفاظ على مصالحها بعيدة الأمد, ستدعم روسيا مطالب تركيا في سوريا, بل وستسهل لتنفيذها, ولن تدعم الكورد على حساب مصالحها وعلاقاتها مع تركيا والنظام السوري.

زار يوم الخميس في 5/1/2022 وفد من هيئة الرئاسة للمجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا برئاسة محمد إسماعيل, مؤلف من فصلة يوسف, سليمان أوسو, فيصل يوسف, نعمت داود مقر حزب الاتحاد السرياني في مدينة قامشلو, وكان في استقبال وفد المجلس الوطني وفد من الرئاسة المشتركة لحزب الاتحاد السرياني, مؤلق من السيدة نظيرة كورية والسيد سنحريب برصوم وعضو الهيئة التنفيذية السيد أفرام اسحق.
في البداية قدم وفد المجلس الوطني الكوردي التهاني بمناسبة أعياد الميلاد ورأس السنة, مع تمنيات الطرفين أن يكون العام الجديد عاماً لبناء السلام في سوريا والوصول لحل سياسي للأزمة السورية.
وتباحث الطرفان التطورات السياسية في سوريا, وأهمية تنفيذ القرار الدولي 2254, وتفعيل الحوار والوصول إلى توافقات بين عموم المكونات السياسية في سوريا.
وأكد الطرفان على أهمية السلم الأهلي والعيش المشترك بين المكونات في المنطقة, بين العرب, والكورد والسريان الآشوريين وغيرهم.

Tourism Authority: Tourist sites that are not committed to adopting the Kurdish language will be fined
ARK News… The head of the Tourism Authority in the Kurdistan Regional Government, Amal Jalal, on Wednesday said that tourist sites that do not adhere to adopting the Kurdish language in their lists will be fined, noting that their work permits will not be renewed.
Amal Jalal said, during her participation in the Kurdistan 24 TV program, that the Tourism Authority insists on implementing the decision, pledging at the same time to violate the resorts and tourist places that have not yet adopted the Kurdish language, as the main language in the paintings and menus for serving food.
Jalal indicated that two months have passed since the decision was taken, and one month remains, and after the expiration of the period, the concerned authorities will be fined, if they do not comply with the decision.
On the other hand, the head of the Tourism Authority stressed the need for tourist destinations to commit to 30 percent of their employees and workers being citizens of the Kurdistan Region.
The head said: I directed the Tourism Authority earlier to make the Kurdish language the main one in the plates and menus serving food in resorts and tourist destinations.
It was stated in an official letter of the authority, that the authority obligated all hotels, motels, cafes, restaurants, and tourist destinations, to make the Kurdish language the main language for the list of food offers and the commercial name plates for their places.
All tourist destinations can add any other language in writing signs and food menus, provided that the Kurdish language is the main one.
The authority confirmed that special committees have been assigned to monitor the implementation of the decision, stressing that penalties will be imposed on non-compliant parties.

Dr. Muhammad Rashid to ARK: "The future of the QSD will be limited to working as mercenaries to protect American interests"

Dr. Abdul Rahman Khalil to ARK: Three Turkish conditions for normalization with the regime, in exchange for ten for the latter

التقرير السياسي للحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا عن كانون الأول
آرك نيوز... أصدر المكتب السياسي للحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا، الأربعاء 4 كانون الثاني/يناير 2023، تقريره السياسي الدوري عن شهر كانون الأول 2022. وتلقت ARK نسخة منه جاء فيه:
يوماً بعد آخر تتفاقم الأزمة السورية، ويزداد الوضع الاقتصادي والأمني سوءاً، على مستوى سوريا بشكل عام وخصوصاً مناطق سيطرة النظام بما فيها العاصمة " دمشق " بالتزامن مع تفشي الظواهر السلبية في المجتمع كالسرقات وعمليات السطو وتجارة المخدرات وتزايد الجريمة المنظمة، والزيادة الجنونية في أسعار السلع ومواد المعيشة، وكذلك الوقود ومواد التدفئة والكهرباء ..الخ، هذا إلى جانب نقص الأجور وعدم تناسبها بأسعار السلع والمواد وتزايد البطالة وتدنّي سعر صرف الليرة السورية أمام العملات الأجنبية الصعبة، أي أن الوضع في سوريا يسير من سيى إلى أسوأ، وأن أصوات الاحتجاج بدت تعلو حتى من داخل دائرة الموالاة للنظام أو الأقرب إليه، وحركة الاحتجاجات بدت من جديد في السويداء ودرعا، ما يعني أن المجتمع قد ضاق ذرعاً مما يحصل، وهناك من يتوقع حصول ثورة الجياع في البلاد، هذا ناهيك عن المهجّرين سواءً في ديار الغربة أو في المخيمات التي تفتقر إلى أبسط مستلزمات المعيشة والحياة اللائقة بالإنسان، بمعنى آخر يبدو أن الوضع السوري أمام كارثة أو انهيار اقتصادي هائل، ذلك ما تراهن عليه بعض الجهات الدولية كمدخل لحل الأزمة السورية وفق القرارات الدولية " 2254 " ومرجعية جنيف1، وعليه فإن المسار الدولي في هذا الشأن متوقف مؤقتاً بشكل رسمي..
أما مسار محور سوتشي – استانا " روسيا، تركيا، ايران " فهو نشط في هذه المرحلة، حيث روسيا تسعى للتوفيق والتصالح بين النظامين السوري والتركي لمصلحتها في الطرفين، حيث استمالة تركيا الى جانبها في مواجهة أمريكا، وكحامل جانب من مصالحها الاقتصادية مع الغرب والسعي لإنهاء إدارة " ب ي د " كما تسعى لإنهاء الأزمة السورية عبر البوابة التركية بدءاً بضرب المعارضة بشقيها السياسي والعسكري، واسترجاع الأراضي السورية من تركيا إلى سلطة النظام وعليه فإن هذه المساعي لو أثمرت لخدمت مصالح معظم الأطراف المعنية (روسيا، تركيا، النظام السوري.. باستثناء إيران المرشحة لتقليص دورها في الأزمة السورية) لكن عراقيل هذه المساعي وعقباتها كثيرة وفي الجانبين التركي والسوري على حدّ سواء..
هذا ناهيك عن الدور الأمريكي في منطقة نفوذها " شرقي نهر الفرات " وإعلانها غير مرة أنها لن تنسحب من سوريا، بل تعزز تواجدها بإنشاءات وما يشبه قواعد عسكرية في معظم مناطق نفوذها وخصوصاً الرقة، وكذلك تمسّكها بـ قوات سوريا الديمقراطية " قسد " كقوة يمكن الاستفادة منها سواء لحماية مصالحها أو لمحاربة داعش كما حصل سابقاً، هذا فضلاً عن دورها الضاغط للجم تركيا كحليف استراتيجي وتصويب توجهها نحو المسار الدولي في حل الأزمة السورية..
تركيا، تمارس شكلاً من الابتزاز السياسي بين خدمة مصالحها وأجنداتها مع روسيا وسوريا، وبين الحفاظ على علاقاتها الاستراتيجية مع الغرب، وخصوصاً أمريكا، فهي تبغي مع اقتراب موعد الانتخابات العامة البرلمانية والرئاسية الى خدمة تطلّعات الجماهير الناخبة بتخفيف أعباء المهجّرين السوريين عن كاهل الدولة التركية، وإبعاد الخطر المزعوم " قسد " عن حدودها، وتحقيق شكلا من الأريحية مع النظام السوري ولو على حساب حلفائها من المعارضة السورية، ويبدو أنها قد ترددت في تهديداتها باجتياح آخر للأراضي السورية سواءً لجهة إرضاء حليفتها أمريكا أو استغلالاً لعامل الزمن نحو الانتخابات تلك، رغم أنها تدفع المعارضة باتجاه الحوار مع النظام السوري وبالتزامن مع قطع السيولة النقدية عن مستلزمات المعارضة ونفقاتها الشهرية..
إيران، ينتابها القلق من أكثر من جهة، حيث تزداد المساعي باتجاه تهميش دورها أو خروجها من سوريا، وما القصف الاسرائيلي لمواقعها في سوريا، والتهديد بمواجهتها عسكرياً، حتى حلفائها " روسيا وتركيا " تضيق من تواجدها في سوريا، هذا فضلاً عن الضغوط الغربية عليها سياسياً واقتصادياً، ناهيك عمّا يحصل لها اليوم نتيجة الاحتجاجات الجماهيرية المتواصلة بداخلها لتدخل شهرها الرابع حيث تتسع أفقياً لتشمل أكثر من ثلاثين محافظة وعمودياً لتزداد زخماً وتتحول إلى شبه انتفاضة عارمة تتجاوز حدّ المطالب لتصل الى رفع شعار إسقاط النظام، بالتزامن مع التضامن من مختلف الدول والعالم الحر مع تحرّك حازم من معارضة الخارج، كلّ ذلك على حساب التدهور الاقتصادي وتراجُع قيمة سعر صرف الوحدة النقدية الإيرانية أمام العملات الصعبة ولاسيما الدولار الأمريكي، ما يعني أن إيران أمام أزمات عميقة..
العراق، مع تسلم حكومة السيد محمد شياع السوداني لمهامها السياسية وللشؤون الداخلية ازدادت الهوة والخلافات بين المكوّن الشيعي عامة وبين الإطار التنسيقي نفسه، بين مَن يدعو إلى مكافحة الفساد المالي والإداري، وبين مَن يسعى لديمومة الحالة حيث الفساد قد أخذ طابع منظومة من العصي والصعوبة القضاء عليها في العديد من الدول بينها العراق، والسبب الجوهري للواقع العراقي القائم هو جانب التدخل الخارجي وخصوصاً ايران، لأن عموم دول المنطقة التي لإيران باع فيها تعاني من نفس الواقع، الفساد والانهيار الاقتصادي وتفشّي المخدّرات والجريمة المنظمة " سوريا، لبنان، اليمن " ومع كل هذا الواقع المرير للعراق تظل الحكومة الجديدة تواجهه بكل ثقلها وإمكاناتها المتاحة، وتسعى لرسم سياساتها الخارجية ومع دول الجوار بما يخدم مصالح العراق وشعبه بعموم مكوّناته القومية والمذهبية..
إقليم كوردستان، قيادة الإقليم تولي أهمية خاصة للوضع الداخلي، وترى أن القوى والأحزاب السياسية مدعوة إلى تنقية الأجواء في ذات الأحزاب أو مع الأحزاب الأخرى للانتقال إلى التفاهمات المطلوبة باتّجاه تعزيز تحالفاتها الاستراتيجية حيال التطوُّرات والمستجدات على الساحة السياسية، وبالدرجة الأساس الاتحاد الوطني الكوردستاني بزعامة السيد بافل الطالباني، بغية الانتقال إلى التنسيق مع الحكومة الاتحادية في معالجة القضايا العالقة بين هولير وبغداد بما هو موضوع المادة 140 من الدستور العراقي، وموضوع النفط والغاز والموازنة العامة للإقليم، تلك القضايا التي وعد بها رئيس الحكومة الجديدة، هذا ومن الجدير ذكره أن السيد الطالباني يبدو أنه يبغي تعزيز علاقاته مع التحالف الدولي بقيادة أمريكا بعد تدنّي الدور الايراني سياسياً في العالم، والتنسيق مع قوات سوريا الديمقراطية " قسد " في محاربة ارهاب داعش، تجلى ذلك في زيارته الأخيرة الى قسد برفقة الممثل الأمريكي في المنطقة..
كوردستان سوريا، في غمرة التطوّرات السياسية المتلاحقة، وعبر الصراعات المتواصلة والتهديدات التركية المتكرّرة باجتياح مناطق جديدة من سوريا، ومع المعاناة الشديدة لعموم المناطق الكردية وخصوصاً " عفرين وگري سپي وسري كانييە " من العوز والفاقة ومن الانتهاكات المستمرة للميليشيات المسيطرة على تلك المناطق، في هذه الأجواء الهامة والحساسة والتي تقتضي الدعوة إلى تفاهمات جديدة نحو تعزيز العلاقات باتجاه عودة الحوارات والمفاوضات نحو التنسيق والتعاون حيال تلك المستجدات، إلا أن الجميع يرى ما تمارسه ادارة ب ي د حيال شعبنا ومجلسه وأحزابه السياسية وخصوصاً حزبنا " الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني – سوريا، حيث اعتقال قياداته وكوادره المتقدّمة منهم الرفاق: حسين سليمان / ابو شيرو عضو اللجنة المركزية بتاريخ 28 / 12 / 2022 و بلند ملا اسماعيل عضو المجلس المنطقي بتاريخ 27 / 12 / 2022 وعدنان رمو عضو المجلس الفرعي بتاريخ 12 / 12 / 2022، وقبلهم اعداد من المختطفين منذ سنين خلت، هذا بالإضافة إلى الممارسات الكيدية بحقّ مجلسنا وأحزابه ومكوّناته السياسية والمجتمعية، فضلاً عن الممارسات الأخرى بحقّ شعبنا من فرض المزيد من الأتاوات وملاحقة الشباب والقاصرات للتجنيد الإجباري، وبث حالات الخوف والذعر بين الجماهير بغية الضغط عليها باتجاه الهجرة عبر آفاق المجهول والضياع في غياهب المتاهات، وعليه نرى أن ب ي د مدعو إلى الإفراج الفوري عن رفاقنا، والكفّ عن ممارساته الكيدية بحقّ شعبنا ومجلسنا وأحزابه السياسية وعموم مكوّناته والعودة إلى جادة الصواب وما يخدم شعبنا وتطلعاته القومية والوطنية المشروعة..
ومع حلول العام الجديد 2023 نتوجّه إلى جماهير شعبنا وقواه الخيِّرة بأسمى آيات التهنئة والتبريك متمنين أن يكون عاماً ملؤه التفاؤل بتحقيق أماني وتطلعات شعبنا السوري عامة، والكردي خاصة في الحرية والكرامة،.
كل عام وعموم محبّي الإنسان والإنسانية بألف خير"..
