Manal Hasko: Turkey will agree to Sweden and Finland joining NATO after the elections
ARK News... A Kurdish politician revealed that Recep Tayyip Erdogan, with the approaching Turkish elections, is working hard to win Turkish public opinion on his side, and is using all his cards to achieve this end.

ورصد موقع تلفزيون سوريا 9 نقاط تظاهر في مدن وبلدات إدلب وإسقاط وحارم وكفرلوسين وعفرين واعزاز ومارع ودابق وجرابلس.
وأكّد المتظاهرون على "ثوابت الثورة" وإسقاط النظام، فيما عبّروا عن رفضهم لكل المخططات التي تهدف إلى تعويم النظام السوري.

كوخافي: الجيش الإسرائيلي وضع 3 برامج لضرب إيران
كشف رئيس أركان الجيش الإسرائيلي المنتهية ولايته الجنرال أفيف كوخافي النقاب عن أن الجيش بلور خلال العام المنصرم ثلاثة برامج لشن هجوم على إيران، كضربة انتقامية.
وأشار كوخافي قبيل مغادرته المنصب الاثنين المقبل، إلى أن "لا علاقة لها بالبرنامج النووي، لتدمير المنشآت والمنشآت النووية الداعمة للمشروع النووي، ولو تعلق الأمر بدخول معركة كبيرة، فستدخل مواقع عسكرية وأصول إضافية إلى قائمة الأهداف".
وقال إن "إيران تمتلك اليوم مواد مخصبة تكفي لإنتاج أربع قنابل نووية، ثلاث منها تحتوي على يورانيوم مخصب بنسبة 20٪ فقط، والرابعة تحتوي على يورانيوم عالي التخصيب بدرجة نقاء 60٪"، مضيفا: "إن تقدمهم اليوم في تدرج بطيء للغاية، ولكن التغيير المهم في نطاق أجهزة الطرد المركزي الخاصة بهم وخاصة النماذج المتقدمة".
من جهة أخرى، وصف كوخافي اتفاق ترسيم الحدود البحرية بين لبنان وإسرائيل بأنه "جيد"، مشيرا إلى أن "جميع المصالح الأمنية لإسرائيل تم ايفاؤها في هذه الاتفاقية".
ولفت إلى أن "هذه الصفقة تخدم كلا من إسرائيل والجيش الإسرائيلي، ولهذا السبب دعمناها"، مؤكدا أن "حزب الله كان يستعد لتصعيد الأمور في حال انهيار المحادثات بشأن الاتفاق. والجيش الإسرائيلي مستعد للرد حسب الحاجة".
وأضاف: "كانت لدينا خطط طوارئ في حالة قيام حزب الله بإحداث تصعيد. أي إجراء من جانبه كان سيثير رد فعل مضاعف من جانبنا".

بريطانيا تنظر في تصنيف «الحرس الثوري» منظمة إرهابية
قال وزير الدولة بوزارة الشؤون الخارجية البريطانية ليو دوكيرتي، أمام البرلمان، الخميس، إن بريطانيا تدرس تصنيف «الحرس الثوري» الإيراني منظمة إرهابية، لكنها لم تتخذ بعدُ قراراً نهائياً بهذا الشأن.
وأكد دوكيرتي، خلال مناقشة للوضع في إيران دعا خلالها بعض الأعضاء إلى حظر «الحرس الثوري»: «سأكون مخطئاً إذا قدمت تكهنات... بشأن نتيجة الدراسة التي تُجريها الحكومة في الوقت الراهن لهذه القضية، وهي دراسة تجري بجدية».
وأضاف دوكيرتي: «لكن يمكنني القول إنني أعتقد أن الدعوات في جميع أركان هذا المجلس، والوحدة التي يجري بها توجيه هذه الدعوات من جميع الأطراف، ستكون موضع اعتبار لدى الحكومة، وهذا أمر نأخذه بدرجة كبيرة من الاهتمام»، وفقاً لما أوردته «رويترز».
وفي حال تصنيف «الحرس الثوري» الإيراني جماعة إرهابية، سيترتب على ذلك توصيف الانتماء له وحضور اجتماعاته وحمل شعاره في الأماكن العامة، بأنه جريمة جنائية في بريطانيا.
ويخضع «الحرس الثوري» بالفعل لعقوبات بريطانية. ومن المتوقع أن تتخذ بريطانيا القرار في الأسابيع المقبلة.

وتدهورت العلاقات بين العواصم الأوروبية وطهران، في الأشهر الماضية، في ظل تعثر جهود إحياء المحادثات النووية التي تشارك فيها الترويكا الأوروبية وينسّقها مسؤول السياسة الخارجية في الاتحاد الأوروبي.
ومع بحث الاتحاد الأوروبي توقيع حزمة رابعة من العقوبات على إيران بسبب القمع الذي تمارسه السلطات ضد المحتجّين وإمدادها روسيا بالأسلحة وتزويدها بطائرات مسيَّرة في الحرب الأوكرانية، دعت دول أعضاء في التكتل إلى تصنيف «الحرس الثوري» منظمة إرهابية.
والثلاثاء، قالت المتحدثة باسم وزارة الخارجية الفرنسية آن كلير لوجندر: «نظراً لاستمرار هذا القمع، تعمل فرنسا مع شركائها الأوروبيين على فرض عقوبات جديدة، من دون استثناء أي منها»، وذلك عند سؤالها عما إذا كانت باريس ستدرج الحرس الثوري الإيراني على قوائم الإرهاب.
وقالت أنالينا بيربوك، وزيرة خارجية ألمانيا، الاثنين، إن حزمة جديدة من العقوبات لن تكون كافية. وقالت عبر «تويتر»: «إدراج الحرس الثوري الإيراني على قوائم الإرهاب مهم ومنطقي على الصعيد السياسي»، مضيفة أنه يتعين تذليل العقبات القانونية أولاً قبل التمكن من فعل ذلك.

A message via ARK from Amir Hamid's mother to PYD officials in Syrian Kurdistan

Launching the "200-meter road" project in Erbil
ARK News… The Governor of Erbil, Omid Khoshnaw, on Thursday announced the launch of the construction project for the "200-meter round highway" in the capital, Erbil, after the completion of the "150-meter round road" project.
Khoshnaw said in a statement to (BasNews): "The first three phases of the project to build a 150-meter round road in the capital, Erbil, have been completed successfully, and the fourth phase is scheduled to start in the near future, which will reduce the congestion inside the city, to be followed by the fifth and final phase of the project".
Noting that "the 150-meter round road is the sixth strategic road that surrounds the city in the form of a circle, and work began on it within five stages at a cost of $700 million, and its total length is 70 km."
Khoshnaw indicated that "after the completion of the (150-meter-al-round road) project, the implementation of the (200-meter-round road) highway project will begin in the capital, Erbil," noting that "the launch date for the implementation of the project has not been determined yet."
The main annual roads in the capital, Erbil, are roads of 30, 40, 60, and 100 meters, in addition to road 120, which was recently opened.

A Kurdish politician reveals to ARK Turkey's conditions for Sweden and Finland to join NATO
ARK News... A Kurdish politician on Wednesday, January 11, 2012, said that Turkey has three conditions in exchange for agreeing to Sweden and Finland joining NATO.
Ibrahim Koclu, a Kurdish politician, participated from the city of Amed in Kurdistan, Turkey to the ARK newsletter said that Turkey sets three conditions in exchange for agreeing to Sweden and Finland joining NATO, namely: The two countries abandoning support for the PKK, giving up support for other organizations such as Fethullah Gulin, and handing over wanted persons from PPK and Gulin to it.
The Kurdish politician added that Turkey's refusal to join the two countries and its placement of obstacles is due to the two countries non-compliance with the text of the agreement concluded between them, which is to hand over wanted persons to it and to stop supporting organizations that it calls a terrorist.
The Turkish conditions are messages to the European countries, to stop supporting the two organizations, and to turn the file into a political one. Nevertheless, the Turkish differences with Finland are less severe than with Sweden, according to the politician.
He explained that there are no Finnish and Swedish conditions on Turkey other than asking them to agree to join NATO, and the main problem between Turkey and Sweden is the file of extraditing wanted persons who were refugees and have become Swedish nationals to Turkey, and their extradition is contrary to Swedish laws.
At the end of his speech, he said that the outstanding problems will be faced by the movement of other countries to start negotiations with Turkey to persuade them to agree.

Afrin… A new chapter of violations in the Afrin region
ARK News... The military police in the village of Kila of Rajo district in Afrin, Syrian Kurdistan, kidnapped a number of civilians in the village on charges of serving in the PYD administration.
Kurdish activists said on Thursday, January 12, 2023, on social media that the military police raided the village in a horrific manner and arrested a number of civilians there, and the charge is dealing with the former PYD administration, noting that most of them settled their situation by paying the ransom.
In addition to the arrests, media sources from Afrin confirmed on January 10 that an explosion had occurred in an al-Qabban roundabout in the al-Ashrafiyeh neighborhood, without information on human casualties.
The sources indicated that an explosive device was planted near the roundabout, while no party has claimed responsibility for the explosion.

Siddiq Sharnakhi: The PYD has secret relations with Turkey
ARK News… A Kurdish politician revealed that there are secret relations between Turkey and the PYD administration, and Turkey wants, through rapprochement with the Syrian regime, to block the way for the Turkish opposition.

Keeping the Syrian regions under its control.
The Kurdish politician added that Russia is helping Turkey to achieve its goals in Syria, to win its support in its war against Ukraine.
Sharnakhi confirmed that the effect of the Turkish rapprochement and the Syrian regime will negatively affect the Kurds, and the PYD administration has strong secret relations with Turkey.
