The publication of the fifth collection of short stories by Shams Antar
ARK News… The fifth collection of short stories, "Waiting for Bread", was published by Dar Al-Nukhba in Cairo, by the Kurdish writer Shams Antar.
In this regard, writer Shams Antar told ARK that her new collection of stories includes thirty-one stories.
She added, "Most of them talk about women in light of the war and the current situation."
Shams Antar was born in the city of Amouda. She holds a degree in education from Al-Hasakah University.
She has four other collections of stories with titles:
- Samaitani Maram
- Miat Habbe Muhtariqa
- Mwasem Al Yabab
- Ijtinab Al Kussof

أفادت مصادر خاصة لموقع آرك نيوز أن مسلحي الشبيبة الثورية " جوانين شورشكر " التابعة لقوات سوريا الديمقراطية " قسد " اختطفوا الطفل القاصر صلاح ياسين نجم البالغ من العمر " 13 " عاما من مدينة الحسكة بكوردستان سوريا أمس الخميس 15/6/2023.
وأكدت المصادر الخاصة أن الهدف من الاختطاف هو التجنيد وعسكرة الطفل, ومنذ اختطافه إلى اليوم لا توجد معلومات عن مصيره.

For the first time… A Kurdish academic avoids diabetics from amputating their feet
ARK News... The Kurdish Academic Network confirmed that, for the first time in Britain, a Kurdish academic designed an artificial intelligence program for evaluation, early detection, and rapid diagnosis of cases of people at risk of amputating their feet due to exacerbation of diabetes.
A statement by the Kurdish Academic Network stated that Dr. Bakhtiyar Amin, an academic at the British University of Hadfield, confirmed that he and his colleagues, under the supervision of Professor Gregory and Dr. Paul from the NHS Health Foundation, were able to present the latest research in this regard at the Artificial Intelligence (AI) conference In particular, noting that as a Kurd, he was able for the first time in Britain to design an artificial intelligence program for early and rapid evaluation and diagnosis of people who suffer from the risk of foot amputation due to diabetes.
He added that the title of his research topic is Al-based Models for Predicting the Risk of Developing Diabetes, noting that the project was funded by the British Ministry of Health and more than 10,000 computer programming codes were used with intelligence Industrial models.

A drone targets a military vehicle belonging to the SDF
ARK News… A drone bombed QSD military vehicle in the countryside of the city of Qamishlo in Syrian Kurdistan, resulting in deaths and injuries.
Local sources reported that "a drone bombed a military vehicle belonging to the SDF with several missiles on the road to the cities of Qamishlo-Tirbaspiye, near the village of Shurik in Syrian Kurdistan, killing 3 SDF members."

أمريكا تنشر طائرات " F22 Raptor " في سوريا والعراق
أرك نيوز.. أعلنت القيادة المركزية الأمريكية (سينتكوم) عن نشرها طائرات من نوع “F22 Raptor” في أعقاب السلوك “غير الآمن وغير المهني بشكل متزايد من قبل الطائرات الروسية” في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
وجاء في بيان “سينتكوم” مساء، الأربعاء 14 من حزيران، أن الجيش الأمريكي وضع “السرب 94” الجوي، تحت سلطة القيادة الأمريكية الوسطى (الشرق الأوسط)، لتأمين التفوق الجوي الأمريكي في المنطقة.
وأضافت أن السرب الجوي الذي يضم مقاتلات من نوع “F22” سيؤمن الدعم الجوي لقوات التحالف الدولي المنتشرة في سوريا والعراق.
قال قائد القوات الجوية المركزية الأمريكية، الجنرال مايكل إريك كوريلا، إن “سلوك القوات الروسية غير الآمن وغير المهني ليس ما نتوقعه من قوة جوية محترفة، وإن انتهاكها المنتظم لإجراءات تفادي تضارب المجال الجوي المتفق عليها يزيد من خطر التصعيد أو سوء التقدير”.
يعتبر سرب المقاتلات “94” أحد أقدم أسراب المقاتلات الجوية ومن الأهم في تاريخ أمريكا، بحسب ما عرفت الولايات المتحدة عن السرب عبر موقع قاعدة “لانجلي يوستيس” الجوية الأمريكية.
هذا السرب مكلف بـ”توفير التفوق الجوي للولايات المتحدة والقوات المتحالفة معها من خلال تدمير قوات العدو أو المعدات أو الدفاعات أو المنشآت”.
ويضم مقاتلات جوية من الأكثر تقدمًا في العالم من نوع “F-22A Raptor”، وهي جاهزة للانتشار العالمي كجزء من “الجناح المقاتل الأول”.
وتأسس السرب الجوي “94” في قاعدة كيلي فيلد، بولاية تكساس الأمريكية في 20 من آب 1917، وله تاريخ طويل في الحرب الجوية، بحسب المعلومات التي وفرتها الحكومة الأمريكية حوله

النظام السوري يمنع الموظفين من الاستقالة قبل إتمام 30 سنة خدمة
آرك نيوز.. بعد اعتراف جريدة تشرين الموالية للنظام السوري بأكثر من 1200 استقالة من المؤسسات الرسمية في مؤسسات النظام السوري كان معظمها من قطاع التربية والتعليم، انتشرت تسريبات لقرار وزارة التربية الجديد الذي يمنع الموظفين من الاستقالة قبل إتمام 30 سنة خدمة.
ونشر عدة صحفيين موالين وصفحات محلية منها " اللاذقية الآن" قرار التربية المسرّب، والذي ينص على عدم قبول طلبات الاستقالة لكافة الفئات وعدم رفع طلبات الاستقالة للفئة الأولى إلى الإدارة المركزية متذرعةً بـ" الحاجة الماسّة لبعض الاختصاصات والحرص على سير العملية التربوية" ومهددةً المخالفين بالمساءلة.
واستثنى القرار 4 حالات يُسمح فيها بتقديم طلب الاستقالة الجديد، منها إتمام 30 سنة فما فوق بالقطاع الخدمي، أو لمّ الشمل والالتحاق بالزوج، إضافة للموظف الذي لديه وضع صحي معين يمنعه من القيام بمهامه بشرط إحضاره وثائق تثبت ذلك وعرضه على الصحة المدرسية، أو الموظف الممنوح إجازة خاصة بلا أجر لمدة سنتين متتاليتين.
