إيران: مسار تنفيذ اتفاق تبادل السجناء مع أمريكا يتم ويتقدم بشكل جيد
أعلنت وزارة الخارجية الإيرانية، اليوم الاثنين، الإفراج عن 5 إيرانيين من السجون الأمريكية خلال وقت قريب، فيما أشارت إلى أن أموال طهران المجمدة في كوريا الجنوبية ستكون بحوزتها اليوم.
قال ناصر كنعاني المتحدث باسم الخارجية الإيرانية، خلال مؤتمره الصحفي الأسبوعي، إن "مسار تنفيذ اتفاق تبادل السجناء والإفراج عن الأموال الإيرانية يتم ويتقدم بشكل جيد وخطوة بخطوة".
في غضون ذلك، أفادت وكالة فرانس برس، بنقل 6 مليارات دولار من أصول طهران المجمّدة إلى حساب في قطر ضمن الاتفاق الأخير مع واشنطن.
مؤكدة في الوقت نفسه وصول طائرة قطرية إلى إيران لنقل السجناء الأمريكيين الخمسة".

رأى الرئيس الأمريكي السابق دونالد ترامب أنه كان بإمكان أوكرانيا تجنب تصعيد النزاع مع روسيا لو قبلت كييف ما قال عنه ترامب أنه "تخلي كييف عن جزء من أراضيها".
قال الرئيس الأمريكي السابق دونالد ترامب في مقابلة مع شبكة " NBC News ": كان من الممكن أن يتوصل الجانبان إلى اتفاق بخسارة بعض الأراضي وعلى نطاق أصغر من تلك التي قامت روسيا بضمّها فعلًا".
وأضاف: "كان من الممكن أن يتوصلوا إلى اتفاق ولم يكن أحد حينها ليموت, ومثل هذا الاتفاق " كان سيسمح لسلطات كييف بإنقاذ البلاد".
وأكد ترامب مرارا أنه في حال فوزه في الانتخابات الرئاسية سيُمكنه ضمان تسوية للوضع في أوكرانيا في غضون 24 ساعة فقط.

المجلس الوطني الكوردي يدين قرار رفع الأسعار ويثمّن الاحتجاجات الشعبية
نشرت الأمانة العامة للمجلس الوطني الكوردي بياناً تدعو الجماهير إلى الاعتصام غداً الثلاثاء 19 أيلول 2023, في مدينة قامشلو بكوردستان سوريا احتجاجاً على قرار إدارة حزب الاتحاد الديمقراطي PYD برفع الأسعار، وأدانت في بيان لها "كافة الانتهاكات التي يتعرض لها المواطنون من استمرار الاعتقالات بحق النشطاء وأعضاء المجلس الوطني الكوردي واستهداف قوت الشعب وتجويعه بمختلف الوسائل والأساليب".
واستنكرت الأمانة العامة للمجلس "قرار رفع سعر مادة المازوت كأحد مشتقات النفط المورد المحلي والذي يجب أن يستثمر ريعه في دعم المواد الأساسية لحياة الناس بدل أن يكون عبئا عليه".
كما ثمنت "الاحتجاجات الشعبية التي خرجت ضد هذا القرار الجائر، وكتعبير عن رفض، هذه الممارسات والسياسات بحق أبناء شعبنا". مطالبةً "بالكف عنها واحترام حقوق الناس في الحياة الحرة الكريمة، وإلغاء قرار رفع سعر مادة المازوت".
وتلقت ARK نسخة من البيان جاء فيه:
في ظل تفاقم الأوضاع المعيشية والاقتصادية الصعبة للسوريين جميعا، تستمر معاناة أبناء كافة المكونات في المناطق التي تديرها الإدارة التابعة لحزب الاتحاد الديمقراطي pyd وتُضيق فسحة الأمل لديهم نتيجة السياسات التي تنتهجها هذه الادارة وتزيد من وطأتها ، فآلاف الشباب ممن تشبثوا بأرضهم سُدت أمامهم أبواب التعليم الرسمي، وخلقت لديهم ظروفا نفسية وحياتية قاسية ، ولا تزال الضغوط والاعتقالات تطال أعضاء وانصار المجلس الوطني الكردي، وترتفع وتيرة الضرائب والاتاوات في ظل الأزمة الاقتصادية والمعيشية الخانقة ، وأمام كل ذلك اقدمت هذه الادارة على رفع سعر مادة المازوت التي تؤدي بدورها إلى رفع جميع اسعار السلع والمواد واجور النقل مما ينعكس بشكل مباشر على حياة الناس وتضيف أعباء أخرى على كاهل المواطن ، إضافة إلى ما تسببه من تكاليف باهظة للمزارعين وللإنتاج الزراعي خاصة فيما تشهده من اختناقات في توفير مادة المازوت واضطرارهم للبحث عنها بالسعر الحر ناهيك عن ماتسببه من خوف وقلق لدى الناس على مستقبلهم تدفعهم للبحث عن سبل الهجرة والاغتراب .
إن المجلس الوطني الكردي في الوقت الذي يدين كافة الانتهاكات التي يتعرض لها المواطنون من استمرار الاعتقالات بحق النشطاء وأعضاء المجلس الوطني الكردي واستهداف قوت الشعب وتجويعه بمختلف الوسائل والأساليب فانه يستنكر قرار رفع سعر مادة المازوت كأحد مشتقات النفط المورد المحلي والذي يجب أن يستثمر ريعه في دعم المواد الأساسية لحياة الناس بدل أن يكون عبئا عليه.
وفي الوقت الذي يثمن فيه المجلس الوطني الكردي في سوريا، الاحتجاجات الشعبية التي خرجت ضد هذا القرار الجائر، وكتعبير عن رفض، هذه الممارسات والسياسات بحق أبناء شعبنا فإنه يطالب بالكف عنها وإحترام حقوق الناس في الحياة الحرة الكريمة، وإلغاء قرار رفع سعر مادة المازوت، ويدعو كافة الاطراف السياسية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني وأبناء شعبنا بكافة فعالياته إلى اعتصام سلمي يوم الثلاثاء التاسع عشر من أيلول الساعة الخامسة مساء أمام مقر الامم المتحدة في قامشلو .

The Syrian Kurdistan Writers Union denounces the PYD administration’s increase in the price of diesel
ARK News… The Syrian Kurdistan Writers Union, on Sunday, September 17, 2023, issued a statement denouncing the PYD administration’s increase in the price of diesel fuel, stressing that “this unfair decision against the people will increase the financial burden on families and individuals in our region and on the already exhausted people.”
The statement stated:
At a time when the Syrian people in general and the people of the region in particular are suffering from high costs, difficult living conditions and extreme poverty, the Autonomous Administration has once again raised the price of diesel, which represents the basic material and foundation for many goods and the requirements of living life. Everyone knows that raising the price of fuel is considered... A difficult and dangerous decision that greatly affects the difficult living conditions experienced by the residents of the region in general. We all realize that most families are already suffering from poverty, unemployment, displacement, and ongoing wars, and that raising the price of fuel will increase the difficulties of living and affect the people’s ability to meet their basic needs.
Therefore, we in the Syrian Kurdistan Writers Union believe that the decision to raise the price of fuel is not a decision that is taken easily or without convincing reasons. Securing fuel and fuel at reasonable prices is considered a vital matter to maintain the continuity of basic services such as electricity, transportation, heating, etc.
We also believe that this unfair decision against the people will increase the financial burden on families and individuals in our region and on the already exhausted people.
Finally, we in the Syrian Kurdistan Writers Union strongly condemn such decisions and rulings on the fate of the people and the people of the region, and we call on the implementing party to reverse its decision, and it must realize that there must be a balance between the necessity of providing basic services and bearing the financial burdens, and that the administration must take the necessary measures to achieve this balance and work To improve the living conditions of the residents of this region instead of increasing pressure on the rest of the people remaining on this land.

Afrin… Differing opinions on the causes of the Afrin explosion
ARK News… Opinions and sources varied about the causes of the explosion in the city of Afrin, which occurred on Saturday, September 16, 2023, resulting in casualties and massive material damage.
An eyewitness said in exclusive statements to ARK that “the explosion occurred near the Maratte roundabout in the city center.” Pointing out that "the victims were three dead and four injured. Among the dead and injured were a soldier, two civilians, a woman, and unidentified persons."
For his part, an informed source from the neighborhood, who preferred to remain anonymous for security reasons, said, “The explosion occurred in the house of the Kurdish civilian, Nabi Isa, who is from the village of Gawrika, and Asaad Baroudi, an armed member of Ahrar al-Sham, seized it.”
He added, "The explosion damaged the building and many cars parked on the street."
Opinions differed about the causes of the explosion. Sources said that “the explosion was caused by a gas cylinder,” while several sources, including local websites and pages affiliated with the Syrian opposition, confirmed that “the gunman had turned the house he was seizing into a weapons warehouse, and the cause of the explosion was the presence of large quantities of Explosive materials for making mines.
Among the names of the victims are Ibrahim Muhammad Maroush and Muhammad Ali Nahal, in addition to unidentified people, according to a second source.
Since March 2018, Afrin and its town and villages have been under the control of Turkey and the armed factions affiliated with the National Army after a war with the militants of the PYD administration, and the region witnesses similar bombings and explosions from time to time, most of whose victims are civilians.

Badir Mulla Rashid reveals the main goal of the PYD administration in raising the price of fuel
ARK News… The director of the Raman Center for Research and Consultation revealed that the PYD administration took advantage of the developments in the city of Deir Ez-Zour in the issue of raising fuel prices, especially since the military confrontations ended in favor of the SDF, and the PYD administration raised prices in coordination with the Syrian regime and exploited the crises ravaging the region to impose its decisions.
In a special statement to ARK News, Badir Mulla Rashid, director of the Raman Center for Research and Consultation, said: The Syrian regime controls prices throughout Syria until now, and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and the PYD administration are committed to implementing the decisions of the Syrian regime in the areas under their control, and the implementation of the decision came after the end of the developments in Deir Ez- Zour are in the interest of the SDF, to restore the administration’s lost prestige.
Rashid added: If we think carefully about the dates of the decisions to raise the price of fuel, we find that the majority of them come after the harvest season, and the goal of this step is to collect what they spent on farmers and agricultural lands from the beginning of their cultivation until the harvest season.
The director of the Raman Center for Research and Consultation confirmed: The most important goals of raising the price of fuel by the PYD administration is to impose a siege on citizens and occupy them with a crisis that makes them forget their rights owed to the PYD administration, such as demanding the improvement of the living, service, and employment situation.

The delegation visited the homes of the martyrs, “First Lieutenant Jomard Fazi Misho - Suleiman Hamza Haji - Dalil Ahmed Ali” on the ninth anniversary of their martyrdom on the “Hassan Sham” front in the Khazir region in the battles against the terrorist organization ISIS in defense of the Kurdistan Region.
The delegation was headed by Muhammad Ali Ibrahim, a member of the party’s central committee, and included a number of members of the Area Council.
