On the occasion of the anniversary of the Prophet’s birthday, we extend our highest congratulations and blessings to all Muslims in Kurdistan and the entire world, asking Almighty God to return this occasion to everyone with goodness, affection and blessings.
We hope that this blessed occasion will inspire us to continue on the path of noble values and good morals, and that these principles will be a beacon that illuminates our path towards promoting a culture of peaceful coexistence and harmony, and spreading love and compassion among different peoples and religions.

النظام السوري يرفع سعر الغاز المنزلي
كررت وزارة "التجارة الداخلية وحماية المستهلك" التابعة للنظام السوري، رفع أسعار أسطوانات الغاز المنزلي والصناعي.
وقالت الوزارة إنها حددت "سعر 75 ألف ليرة للأسطوانة المستبعدة من الدعم من داخل البطاقة وخارجها، وسعر أسطوانة الغاز الصناعي للمنشآت الاقتصادية كافة، 150 ألف".
مضيفة أن "سعر أسطوانة الغاز المدعوم للمواطن بقي كما هو، 15 ألف ولا تعديل عليه".
وأصدرت وزارة التجارة الداخلية التابعة للنظام في 22 أيار الماضي، قراراً بتحديد سعر أسطوانة الغاز المنزلي المدعوم بسعر 15 ألف ليرة سورية، من دون أن تتوفر بهذا السعر، إذ ينتظر المواطن رسالة الغاز المنزلي لأشهر طويلة.

We ask God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, that this honorable occasion will open for us the door of goodness and blessing for the people of Kurdistan and the region, that peace and stability prevail in the world and the region, and that forgiveness and harmony spread among all humanity.

أمريكا تؤكد دعمها لاحتجاجات السويداء
عبّرت السفارة الأمريكية في سوريا عن دعمها لاحتجاجات السويداء ودعت إلى حل سياسي في سوريا يتوافق مع قرار مجلس الأمن 2254.
نشرت السفارة الأمريكية على صفحتها الرسمية اليوم 27 أيلول 2023, أن نائب مساعد وزير الخارجية الأمريكي غولدريتش تحدث مع الزعيم الروحي للطائفة الدرزية الشيخ حكمت الهجري لتأكيد دعم أمريكا لحرية التعبير للسوريين, بما في ذلك الاحتجاج السلمي في السويداء.
وجدّدت السفارة التأكيد على دعوتها إلى سوريا عادلة وموحدة وإلى حل سياسي يتوافق مع قرار مجلس الأمن 2254.
وبدء أهالي السويداء بالاحتجاج على الأوضاع الخدمية والاقتصادية بداية الأمر, ثم ارتفع سقف الشعارات في الاحتجاجات إلى المطالبة بإسقاط نظام الأسد.
أطلق النظام الرصاص الحي على المحتجين أثناء محاولتهم إغلاق مقرات البعث في السويداء مما أسفر عن وقوع ضحايا في صفوف المحتجين.
اتسعت رقعة الاحتجاجات لتشمل العديد من المناطق الخاضعة لسيطرة النظام السوري.
وعبّر نواب في البرلمان الأوروبي مطلع هذا الشهر عن تضامنهم مع الاحتجاجات في السويداء ودرعا وباقي المناطق، معتبرين أنه على الأسد أن يدرك أن استخدام العنف لا يمكن أن يكون حلاً لقمع رغبة السوريين في الحرية.

نيويورك.. هيئة التفاوض السورية تجتمع مع الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة
أجرت هيئة التفاوض السورية اجتماعاً مع الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة، أنطونيو غوتيرش في نيويورك، بحضور مبعوثه الخاص إلى سوريا، غير بيدرسن.
وقالت الهيئة في بيان لها: "بحث وفد هيئة التفاوض السورية برئاسة الدكتور بدر جاموس مع الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة السيد أنطونيو غوتيريش العملية السياسية وآليات تطبيق بيان جنيف والقرار 2254".
مضيفة أن رئيس الهيئة أكد "ضرورة إيجاد حل عادل للشعب السوري والتنفيذ الكامل للقرار 2254 ووضع حد لمماطلة النظام بالحل السياسي".
وأوضح البيان أن الوفد "شدد على ضرورة إنهاء ملف المعتقلين والمختفين قسراً في سجون النظام ودعم الجهود القانونية والإنسانية للإفراج عنهم".
وناقش الوفد مع غوتيريش وبيدرسون، "خطورة اختصار العملية السياسية باللجنة الدستورية فقط وإهمال السلال الأخرى، مطالباً بفتح السلال الأخرى وخاصة سلة الحكم الانتقالي."
كما جددت الهيئة موقفها من انعقاد اللجنة الدستورية، معتبرة أن "مكانها الطبيعي جنيف."
وطالب الوفد بضرورة "زيادة الدعم للاجئين وأن تكون عودتهم طوعية ضمن حل سياسي يضمن بيئة آمنة ومحايدة."، مؤكدا أهمية التوزيع العادل للمساعدات، وألا يُسمح للنظام السوري باستغلال المساعدات الإنسانية لأغراض سياسية "يتم من خلالها ابتزاز الشعب السوري لتقديم المزيد من التنازلات".
ونقل وفد هيئة التفاوض السورية إلى الأمين العام، "صوت السوريين ورسائلهم من مختلف المدن السورية وأهمية أخذ الأمم المتحدة بعين الاعتبار حراك السوريين في السويداء".

لجنة الاتصال العربية تجمد الاتصالات مع النظام السوري
آرك نيوز.. كشفت مصادر دبلوماسية عربية، أن لجنة الاتصال العربية أبلغت النظام السوري بإيقاف الاتصال معه، إلى حين تقديمه رداً على المبادرة العربية للحل في سوريا.
وقالت المصادر إن توقف الاتصالات مع النظام لا يعني قطع العلاقات معه، وإنما توقف مسار الحل المقترح من الجامعة العربية.
وأضافت أن اللجنة قد تعقد اجتماعاً لتقييم عملها خلال الفترة المقبلة من دون مشاركة وزير خارجية النظام فيصل المقداد.
وحول إعلان فشل المبادرة العربية للحل في سوريا، ذكرت المصادر أن الأمر ليس مطروحاً حالياً.
والأسبوع الماضي، قالت صحيفة الشرق الأوسط السعودية إن النظام السوري لم يقدّم التسهيلات الأمنية والسياسية المطلوبة لوقف تصدير الممنوعات، وعلى رأسها الكبتاغون، إلى دول الجوار من جهة، وامتناعه عن التجاوب مع المتطلبات المؤدية للانتقال بدمشق تدريجياً إلى مرحلة الدخول في الحل السياسي لإنهاء الحرب في سوريا.
وأوضحت أن النظام يسعى باستمرار إلى رمي مسؤولية عدم استقباله للاجئين على عاتق المجتمع الدولي، بذريعة عدم تجاوبه مع دعوته للمساهمة في إعمار سوريا.
وكان رئيس النظام السوري بشار الأسد هاجم جامعة الدول العربية، في لقاء بثته قناة سكاي نيوز، مطلع آب الماضي، مشيراً إلى أنه غير معني بالتعامل بإيجابية مع مبادرة عربية لحل القضية السورية.
ووصف الأسد العلاقات العربية - العربية بأنها "شكلية منذ عقود"، مبرراً ذلك لأن العرب لا يطرحون أفكاراً عملية ويحبون الخطابات والعلاقات الشكلية.

The regime raises residency fees within the university city in Damascus
ARK News… The Assad regime raised residency fees within the university city in Damascus, rising from 22,000 to 88,000 Syrian pounds.
The director of the university city, Abbas Sandouq, told pro-government media, “These fees will benefit the services provided within the city,” adding that “the fees that were previously charged are very symbolic and do not cover the city’s services, in addition to the fact that the investment amounts were not returned to the city, as part of it was for the city and the rest for the University of Damascus.”
He claimed that repairs to toilets, bathrooms, and kitchens that had been closed for years had begun in some residential units, and a large part of them had been completed, in addition to repairing two elevators that had been stuck for a long period of time and repairing two generators.
He claimed that "university fees or investment amounts are collected and disbursed the following year. Despite this, raising fees will have a positive role in improving the services provided by the city, and students will feel the difference next year in all residential units."

الرئيس مسعود بارزاني يعزي ذوي ضحايا حريق الموصل
وجّه الرئيس مسعود بارزاني، رسالة تعزية لذوي ضحايا الحريق الذي اندلع في قاعة الهيثم للمناسبات بحمدانية شرقي الموصل.
نشر الرئيس بارزاني عبر منصة (X) اليوم 27 أيلول 2023: بحزن وأسى بالغين، تلقينا نبأ حريق قضاء الحمدانية الذي أدى إلى وفاة وجرح المئات من المواطنين.
تابع الرئيس: وإذ نشاطر الأهالي مشاعرهم، نُعزّي ذوي الضحايا وندعو الله القدير أن يعجّل بشفاء المصابين.
ووقع مئات الأشخاص ضحايا في حريقٍ اندلع بوقتٍ متأخر من ليلة أمس، داخل قاعة الهيثم للمناسبات بمنطقة الحمدانية.
وأعلن محافظ نينوى نجم الجبوري، أن ما لا يقل عن 114 شخصا لقوا حتفهم وأصيب نحو 200 جراء حريق الحمدانية.
واستقبلت مستشفيات إقليم كوردستان نحو 50 مصاباً من ضحايا الحريق ويخضع ثلاثة من المصابين للمراقبة في غرف العناية المركّزة في مستشفى لالاف، ويخضع الباقون للعلاج في مستشفى طوارئ أربيل.

Member of Barzani Charity in Afrin: We support any activity that aims to highlight creative talents in civil society
ARK News… As part of the Barzani Charity Development Foundation projects in the city of Afrin and its towns and villages, three courses were opened for women and children in the village of Basouta.
Under the sponsorship of the Barzani Charity Foundation in Afrin, the Raparin Art and Folklore Troupe began opening three courses for women: handicrafts, drawing, and folkloric dancing.
Visual artist Shaza Ahmed, one of the trainers, on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, in exclusive statements to ARK, “For years, I have been in favor of educating the youth and women’s groups in the village and activating their talents, but we were facing difficulties in that, and today, thanks to the Foundation, we have been able to open courses and provide services to youth energies and provide More opportunities for creative talents.
She continued, "We started with four students, while the number recently reached ten, and there is a strong demand for education and development."
Raparin Khalil, a member of the Barzani Charity Foundation in Afrin, confirmed that “the aim of these courses is to support civil society in highlighting creative capabilities and talents, and as an institution we continue to support any similar activity in the region.”
She continued by saying, "As a first step, we started in the village of Basouta and provided the supplies, and we are open to supporting any step in Afrin and its countryside."
For her part, Badia Ma’mo, one of the trainees in the handicrafts course, expressed her great satisfaction with her participation in it, hoping that it will support her so that she can support her family in the future.
On February 6, a devastating earthquake struck both areas in Turkey and Syria, causing tens of thousands of civilians to lose their lives. The cities of Afrin and Jenderes had the largest share of the cities of Syrian Kurdistan, as the number of victims reached 1,100 people in Jenderes alone.
The Barzani Charity Foundation was the first humanitarian organization that helped the cities of Afrin and Jenderes and their countryside, by arriving in the region on February 10. On February 19, the Foundation officially opened its office in the city center of Afrin, to continue providing humanitarian aid to those affected by the earthquake. On June 4 of this year, a center for culture and development was opened in Afrin.
The World Bank stated in a report issued on February 27 that the earthquakes caused direct material damage worth $34.2 billion in Turkey, claiming the lives of at least 45,000 people. While statistics indicate that the number of victims in Syria exceeded 5,900 people.
