وفد من المجلس الوطني الكوردي يجتمع مع محافظ أربيل
التقى وفد من المجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا، اليوم الإثنين 2 تشرين الأول 2023 بمحافظ أربيل أوميد خوشناو، وجرى الحديث عن أوضاع اللاجئين في مخيمات إقليم كوردستان.
ضم الوفد كلا من د. عبد الحكيم بشار نائب رئيس الائتلاف الوطني السوري, وإبراهيم برو عضو هيئة التفاوض السورية.
وقالت الصفحة الرسمية لمحافظة أربيل على فيسبوك، إن اللقاء شهد "مناقشة الأوضاع في كوردستان سوريا وآخر التطورات على الساحة السورية".
مضيفة أنه تم التطرق إلى أوضاع مخيمات اللاجئين في إقليم كوردستان عامة، ومخيم دارشكران خاصة، ولاجئي كوردستان سوريا والمشاريع التي أنجزت في مخيمات حدود المحافظة.
من جانبه أكد محافظ أربيل أنهم "سيبذلون ما بوسعهم لخدمة لاجئي كوردستان سوريا".
وشكر وفد المجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا محافظة ومحافظ أربيل على بذلهم الجهود في خدمة اللاجئين.

توقيع كتابين لريوان ميراني ضمن فعاليات الأسبوع الثقافي لاتحاد كتاب كوردستان سوريا في دوميز
نظّمت ممثلية إقليم كوردستان لاتحاد كتّاب كوردستان سوريا ضمن فعاليات الأسبوع الثقافي, حفل توقيع كتابين للكاتب ريوان ميراني في مكتب الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا بمخيم دوميز للاجئين في محافظة دهوك بإقليم كوردستان.
بحضور حاجي كالو عضو المكتب السياسي للحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا وهيام محمد عضو اللجنة المركزية للحزب ومجموعة من الكتّاب والشعراء والمهتمين بالشأن الثقافي, جرت مراسم حفل توقيع الكتابين: (Hovîtiya Bê Dawî) رواية و(بانێ نێرگزا) شعر للكاتب ريوان ميراني، مساء أمس 1 تشرين الأول 2023.
ناشد الشاعر ریوان میراني عبر ARK, الكتّاب والشعراء للاهتمام باللغة والأدب لأنهما إحدى مقومات الشعوب وأساس وجودهم.
في الختام وُزِعت نسخ الكتابين على الحضور.
وانطلقت فعاليات الأسبوع الثقافي لممثلية إقليم كوردستان لاتحاد كتاب كوردستان سوريا في مخيم دوميز الأربعاء 27 أيلول واستمرت حتى يوم أمس الأحد, وتضمنت محاضراتٍ وأمسيات شعرية.

اجتماع "تاريخي" لوزراء خارجية الاتحاد الأوروبي في أوكرانيا
آرك نيوز.. أعلن مسؤول الشؤون الخارجية في الاتحاد الأوروبي جوزيب بوريل، الإثنين، أن جميع وزراء خارجية التكتل يجتمعون لأول مرّة خارج حدوده، في العاصمة الأوكرانية كييف.
وقال بوريل في بيان على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي: "نعقد اجتماعا تاريخيا لوزراء خارجية الاتحاد الأوروبي هنا في أوكرانيا، الدولة المرشحة والعضو المقبل في الاتحاد الأوروبي، نحن هنا للتعبير عن تضامننا ودعمنا للشعب الأوكراني".
وأضاف أن "مستقبل أوكرانيا هو ضمن الاتحاد الأوروبي".
من جهتها، رحبت كييف بالاجتماع، وقال وزير الخارجية الأوكرانية، دميترو كوليبا، للصحافيين إلى جانب بوريل: "هذا حدث تاريخي لأنها المرة الأولى التي يجتمع فيها مجلس الشؤون الخارجية خارج حدوده الراهنة، خارج حدود الاتحاد الأوروبي، لكن ضمن الحدود المستقبلية للاتحاد الأوروبي".
ورأت وزيرة الخارجية الفرنسية كاترين كولونا، في الاجتماع رسالة إلى موسكو تعكس عزم التكتل على الوقوف إلى جانب أوكرانيا.
وقالت للصحافيين في كييف: "إنه تعبير عن دعمنا الراسخ والدائم لأوكرانيا، إلى أن تتمكن من الانتصار، إنها رسالة أيضا إلى روسيا بأن عليها عدم الاعتماد على احتمال إرهاقنا".
بدوره، أكد وزير الخارجية الهولندية هانكي بروينز سلوت أنه "من المهم حقا بأن نجتمع هنا اليوم للتعبير عن تضامننا مع أوكرانيا".

Most of them are Syrians... UNICEF reveals the number of children crossing the Mediterranean since the beginning of 2023
ARK News: The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) announced the crossing of more than 11,600 children. Most of them are Syrians, who have traveled the Mediterranean to Italy without their parents since the beginning of 2023.
UNICEF issued a statement that children are placed on rubber boats crowded with migrants and worn-out wooden boats that are not suitable for weather conditions.
The organization's regional director for Europe and Central Asia, Regina de Dominicis, said. The Mediterranean is “a graveyard for children and their future.”
She noted: “The devastating toll on children seeking asylum and safety in Europe is the result of policy choices and a broken immigration system.”
The statement added that children who survive their journey are first detained in centers known as “hot spots.” Before being transferred to reception facilities, which are often subject to strict controls.
It pointed out that more than 21,700 unaccompanied children are currently in such facilities throughout Italy.

Afrin… An engineer was kidnapped and three civilians, including a woman, were arrested in Afrin
ARK News… Kurdish politician Adnan Mustafa, on Sunday, November 1, 2023, said that armed factions arrested three Kurdish civilians in Afrin, Syrian Kurdistan, while an engineer was kidnapped two days ago and his fate remains unknown until now.
Mustafa confirmed that the military police arrested three civilians, including a woman, in the village of Hasa in Mabata district, on charges of neglecting the previous administration (PYD), noting that the three had settled their situations.
He continued in his interview with ARK that the detainees had been subjected to arrest on previous dates, and they were:
1- Abdo King Khamis, 37 years old
2- Fahima Ahmed Taher, 27 years old
3- Muhammad Ahmed Mustafa Haji, 30 years old
Stressing that their fate is unknown yet. In a related context, the family of engineer Sheikho Haj Ahmed confirmed that he was kidnapped while he was heading from the city of Afrin to his village, Zaytonake, and they found his car near the village of Steer, in an area 500 meters away from the Sultan Murad checkpoint.
They indicated that the car and some of its contents were stolen. His family fears that he is among the missing and forcibly disappeared, and they appeal to the responsible authorities to search for him and reveal his fate.
After three weeks of detention, the two doctors, Lazgin Saleh and Wardan Wardan (from the Arab component), were released last September 28, after proving their innocence of the charge against them of using narcotic substances.
After Turkey and the armed factions invaded of Afrin and its countryside, arbitrary arrests and kidnappings were repeated with the aim of obtaining financial ransom, and most of the charges are dealing with the PYD administration.

"جواز السفر مرفوض".. أزمة أخرى تعمق مآسي المواطنين السوريين
رفضت العديد من سفارات وقنصليات عربية وأجنبية الاعتراف بالنسخة الجديدة من جواز السفر السوري "الإلكتروني" الذي أصدره النظام، الأمر الذي شكل عقبة جديدة أمام سفر المواطنين.
أكدت مصادر خاصة لموقع آرك نيوز أن "المسافرين الذين استخرجوا جواز السفر السوري بنسخته الجديدة رُفضت طلباتهم بالحصول على تأشيرة الدخول إلى أربيل في إقليم كوردستان"، مضيفةً أن السفارة العراقية رفضت أيضا منح الموافقة على دخول البلاد لأسباب تتعلق بجواز السفر.
وذكر مواطن من كوردستان سوريا يعمل في مدينة السليمانية بإقليم كوردستان، أنه أرسل زوجته إلى كوردستان سوريا لتضع مولودها. موضحاً: "بعد استخراج جواز السفر للمولود، قررتْ العودة... لكن قوبل جواز السفر بالرفض ولم يُعترف به، ولا يزالان هناك".
بالصدد قال موقع "صوت العاصمة" إن سفارات وقنصليات عربية وأجنبية رفضت منح حملة جواز السفر السوري الجديد تأشيرات دخول "فيزا"، وذلك بعد أسابيع قليلة من بدء تسليم الإصدار الجديد.
وأردف بأن "السفارة الإيطالية في بيروت لم تعترف بالنسخة الجديدة من الجواز السوري ورفضت طلبات الحصول على تأشيرة السفر، فيما علقت سفارة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في دمشق مؤقتا منح التأشيرة".
وأشارت مصادر مطلعة إلى أن كل المشكلات التي تعرض لها الراغبون في السفر، سببها "عدم إبلاغ النظام لخارجيات وسفارات تلك الدول بالتغييرات التي طرأت على جواز السفر، ما دفعها لمعاملته كجواز سفر مزيف،" كما واجهت بعض السفارات "مشكلات في قراءة بيانات الشريحة الإلكترونية المدمجة ضمن الجواز ".
وفي 20 آب الماضي، بدأ النظام السوري بإصدار جوازات السفر الإلكترونية الجديدة، وشدد على "عدم قبول طلبات التقديم من المواطنين إلا عبر المنصة الإلكترونية".
