Renewed anti-QSD demonstrations in Deir al-Zour

ARK News: Protests have been renewed in several areas of Deir al-Zour countryside against the militants of the Democratic Syria, which is the main faction of the Democratic Union Party.

The Syrian news agency SANA reported that residents of the town of al-Basira and the villages of Abu Hardub, Zubiyan, Al-Dhaman, and Al Hawayej in the northern suburb of Deir al-Zour came out on Friday to protest against the practices of QSD and demanded their expulsion from their areas in rural Deir al-Zour.


The agency quoted the sources as saying that "the protests against the practices of QSD have been renewed today in the northern countryside of Deir al-Zour, condemning the massacre committed by the QSD militants in the town of al-Shuhail on last Friday and demanding the release of the QSD from the area, The residents of the town of Al-Shuhail also burned and destroyed the building of the extension unit in Al-Shuhail, which is now the headquarters of "QSD"

According to the sources, the people of al-Basira and Suwaidan attacked the "QSD" barriers and expelled their elements outside the area.

The Democratic Union Party has joined thousands of young Kurds in its wars in areas outside Kurdistan, such as Al-Raqqa, Tabqa, Manbij, and Deir Al-Zour, which resulted in the deaths of approximately 20,000 of Kurdish youth.
