Returning four Kurdish families to Afrin
ARK News: A number of Kurdish families that displaced from the Kurdish region of Afrin returned due to the war of last year, returned at the beginning of the month of Ramadan 2019 to their areas and villages.
According to private sources confirmed on Saturday today, May 11, 2019, Foundation ARK Media Foundation that four of the Kurdish families returned from the areas of displacement and asylum and settled in their homes.
Sources pointed out that two families returned from the Kurdistan region and a family from Kobani city, Kurdistan of Syria and a family from Turkey and despite the settlement of Arabs in their homes, but the houses returned to their real owners.
Since the war of the last year 2018, Kurdish politicians and activists call for the return of displaced people in the camps of Fafin, Tel Qarah, Tel Sosin and Aleppo countryside to their villages, towns, and cities to prevent demographic change in the area, especially after the settlement of thousands of Arab families in the region.
