Ramzi added: "Through the intensive meetings between the ambassador Jeffrey and all those involved in the Syrian crisis, they seem to be serious about establishing the safe zone in line with their political interests.

Ramzi pointed out that during the meetings of the Kurdish National Council with the International Coalition and Mr. Jeffrey, and it was emphasized to protect the region from the scourge of terrorism and eliminate the sources and existential elements of it And the continuation of diplomatic relations, where the Council will have an active role and participation in the administration of this region once it is formed because it has gained political importance at the international and regional levels and has a broad public base.
He explained: According to the above and according to the repeated statements of the envoy Jeffrey the PYD will not have the role and participation in the safe area to be established and will be excluded from its management.

Ramzi stressed that the National Council has a view on how to establish the safe area under international supervision and ensure the protection of the Kurdish people from the threats to it, and a clear vision of political, administrative, and military, And with the participation of all peaceful and active components, effective participation and reassurance without alienating any ethnic or religious party in the formation and establishment of a new administration for this region commensurate with their legitimate aspirations and rights.
