Exemption of Syrian refugees from maternity and child services in Jordan
ARK News: The Jordanian Ministry of Health decided to exempt Syrian refugees from maternity and child services and treat them as Jordanians in government health facilities.
The ministry's decision stipulated that "the treatment of Syrians in hospitals and health centers of the ministry shall be treated like Jordanians who cannot afford all the services in force and to pay the fees of the transaction and the financial claim directly from them."
The decision said: "the exemption of Syrian refugees from maternity and child services which provided at the Ministry of Health and Mothers' Ministry of Health, provided that the UNHCR asylum document is presented. "
