Derik .. The collapse of the bridge of Keshke village
ARK News: Due to continued heavy rainfall in the regions of Kurdistan Syria Especially in the Derek area A bridge has collapsed in a village in the Alyan area and fears of negative consequences if rainfall continues.
According to the picture, which spread on social networking pages on Sunday, 25/3/2019, shows the collapse of a bridge in the village of Keshke in the area of Alyan of Derik in Kurdistan of Syria.
According to the information which obtained by the ARK Foundation that the collapsed bridge is the main bridge connecting the village of Keshke with the other villages, through the villages of Alyan and up to Tirba Spiye in rural Qamishlo.
Several areas in Kurdistan of Syria and Kurdistan Region of Iraq witnessed heavy rains led to torrents and in some areas, it has reached a limit of floods with fears of dam collapsing in areas where dams are present due to rising water levels in conjunction with the continued rainfall since yesterday.
