In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
On the occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan, I extend my warmest congratulations and blessings to Muslims in the Kurdistan Region, Iraq, and throughout the world. I pray that Almighty God accepts everyone’s fasting, prayers, and good deeds, and that this holy month brings goodness, blessings, and peace to all.
