International Coalition Destroys al-Shaddadi Base After Full Withdrawal
ARK News.. Local sources reported that the International Coalition destroyed its base in al-Shaddadi after a convoy withdrew from the site toward Iraq, as warplanes were seen flying over the area.
According to the sources, a coalition convoy left its base in the town of al-Shaddadi, south of Hasakah, on Friday, Feb. 6, 2026, heading toward the Iraqi border. The base was subsequently evacuated and closed.
The sources said loud explosions were heard across the southern countryside of Hasakah following the convoy’s departure, confirming that coalition forces detonated the base before leaving the site, coinciding with the presence of warplanes in the skies over the area.
