Damascus allows Iraq to strike Da’esh sites in Syria

ARK News: An Iraqi official said that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's regime allowed the Iraqi government to carry out air strikes in Syria without reference to the Syrian regime.
The Iraqi official said in a statement to the channel Russia today that the Syrian regime has allowed the Iraqi government to carry out air strikes against militants of Da’esh on the Syrian-Iraqi border.
The former official added that Iraqi aircraft could carry out air strikes without the permission of the Syrian regime, but they had to be instructed them before air strikes began.
