President Barzani: The issue of the people of Kurdistan will never recede

During the meeting, which came within the framework of the farewell visit that Matsumoto made on the occasion of the end of his duties.

The ambassador expressed his appreciation for the struggles and sacrifices of the people of Kurdistan for freedom.

He highly valued President Barzani's role in the various stages of the history of the struggle of the people of Kurdistan and the political process in Iraq and Kurdistan.

The meeting also highlighted the history of the liberation movement of the people of Kurdistan, their struggle, resistance, and refusal to submit and surrender.

President Barzani stressed that the issue of the people of Kurdistan will never recede, and that the gains achieved came as a result of the great sacrifices made by the people of Kurdistan and are not a gift from anyone or any party.
