Kennedy: Trump intends to withdraw US forces from northeastern Syria
ARK News.. An American politician revealed that the newly elected US President, Donald Trump, intends to withdraw US soldiers stationed in northeastern Syria.
The American politician, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., said in statements he made to the American network (TCN) on Wednesday, November 6, 2024: "When I was (on the last day) on the plane with President Trump, we were talking about the Middle East, and he took a piece of paper and drew a map of the Middle East with all its countries, which most Americans could not do."
Kennedy added: "Trump wrote the number of US forces in each country (of the Middle Eastern countries), and he was looking in particular at the border between Syria and Turkey, and he said: We have 500 soldiers on the border between Syria and Turkey, and a small camp was bombed."
According to Kennedy, Trump said: "There are 750,000 soldiers on the Turkish side, and 250,000 soldiers on the Syrian side. If they confront each other, we will be in the middle."
Kennedy explained that Trump turned to his generals accompanying him on the plane and said to them: "What will happen to those 500 men?" The generals replied: "They will be cannon fodder."
Trump replied: "Get them out!"
Robert Kennedy Jr. (70 years old) had run in the last US presidential elections as an independent, before withdrawing from the presidential race last August, and announcing his support for Republican candidate Donald Trump against Democrat Kamala Harris.
