Masrour Barzani and Romanowski Discuss Tensions and Conflicts in the Middle East
ARK News.. The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, Masrour Barzani, and the U.S. Ambassador to Iraq, Alina Romanowski, agreed on the importance of understanding among political parties to expedite the formation of the new government.

The meeting focused on steps and preparations for forming the new cabinet of the Kurdistan Regional Government.
Both sides agreed on the importance of political cooperation to speed up the formation of the new government, enabling it to continue its work and carry out service projects that meet the needs of all citizens and communities in the Kurdistan Region.
The Prime Minister emphasized that the government formation should be based on the voices and electoral entitlements of the participating political parties, aiming to establish a comprehensive, strong, and unified government.
In another part of the discussion, both parties addressed the ongoing tensions and conflicts in the Middle East.
They agreed on the importance of maintaining security and stability in the region to shield Iraq and the Kurdistan Region from the repercussions of these crises and conflicts.
